Flat Rate for 15 miles or less $15

Escrow & Real Estate Closing Charges

Act 1: $100-$150

Single Loan Signing (includes 15 miles of travel) mileage fee applied per mile after 15 miles.

Act 2:

Additional, related loan (Piggy back) $35

Act 3: $30

Printing of electronic documents (200 pages)

each additional page $.25

Act 4: $50

Travel Fee charged if;

1. Agent makes trip and;

a. signee refuses to sign

b. no ID or invalid ID available

c. signee has questions and lender/agent is unreachable

d. unable to complete signing for any other reason outside agents control

2. Cancellation/Reschedule with less than 1 hour notice

Act 5: $150

Apostille & Authentication Certificate (first document)
