Gmail is a free email service provided by Google back in February 7, 2007. Gmail or GoogleMail started as an internal project was made public for beta testing in 2004. Initially the registrationwas invitation based but later was made open for all. The initial size was advertised as 2GB pluswhich now is 15 GB shared between Google Drive, Gmail, and Google+ Photos. Before we get started, you must know that you can login to other Google servicesonce you login to your Gmail account.
You don't need to type in your username and passwordagain on other Google services such as Google+, Google Analytics, Google Webmaster, Blogger,etc. That save you a lot of time as you only need to click the "Sign in on Google Analytics" to login(example for Google analytics).
How to log in to Gmail on computer
1. Visit Google. com and click on the blue sign in button circled in red as below. You can alsodirectly type www.Gmail.com on your browser.
2. Click on the Gmail Sign in button.
3. Enter your username and password on those two fields.
4. Check the "Stay signed in" box if you want to stay login when you visit your Gmail account on anew browser sessions later (It will only works if you don't clean your browser cookies and cache).
5. Lastly, click on the blue Gmail sign in button.
Fuuw! That was easy, right? Now, a friendly reminder for you again is to logout manually if you'renot using your personal PC/laptop.
Sign in to multiple accounts at the same time on PC
Once you have access to your Gmail email account and want to add another account, do the following:
Method 1: Select the google account icon in the top right corner of your screen => select Add account => Fill in your account information and login password (follow the instructions above).
Method 2: Open an incognito browser by pressing "Ctrl + Shift + N" or selecting the 3 dots on the top right corner as shown:

Select the Profile icon at the top right of the browser
Select "Add"
The screen opens "Set up your new Chrome profile" => select Sign in and log in the gmail information you need to add.
Method 3: Open other browsers such as: Firefox, Microsoft edge, ... => Search Gmail.com and log in to your account.
How to log into your Gmail account on a mobile
1. Download the Gmail app to your smartphone (Usually, smartphones already have the Gmail app installed on them)

2. Open the Gmail app => Select "Sign in"
3. Select Google => the screen asks if Gmail wants to use google.com to log in, please choose continue.
4, Enter your account including: Your email and password.
Log in to multiple accounts at the same time on your phone device
Manage multiple Gmail accounts on the same mobile device easily and conveniently by following the steps below:
Open the phone => Open the Gmail application => Select the profile icon image on the right corner.
Select "Add another account"
Click google
Select Continue to log in to your account.
Enter your account information and password in the login section
If you want to use another account, go to the profile icon and select the account you need to use.
Reset Gmail Account Password:
Open the browser of your PC and go to the google.com for google search engine and search in google as reset Gmail password or you can directly go to the link of: link
Then new page of Gmail login will be open where you can directly click on forget “Forgot password?” text which is in the below to the textbox of password.
In next page you need to write a last password you remember using with this google account and click in the next button over there and if you don’t remember then simply click in the “Try another way” text.
Again in next page you will get a verification code in your mobile number. There you can see the two option and among them you can choose option either Text or call.
When you click in the text button then you will receive a code in a text and if you click in the call button then you will receive a code in a call.
After receiving a code you need to enter a code for creating a new password of yours in Gmail account.
For that you don’t use the same password which you had used for any other service and again you need to enter your new password twice to confirm it.
After all yours password is created and now your account is being recovered or you just reset yours password.
While logging Gmail account for next time now you need to write your new password for using your account.
For making your password strong you can include symbols to make your password harder for hackers for hacking your password and it is possible when you include: ! ” # $ % & ‘ ( ) * + , – . / : ; < = > ? @ [ \ ] ^ { | } ~ these as well as you can use both upper- and lower-case letters.

As Gmail is integrated with google docs(a cloud service offered bygoogle), you can instantly view your attachment(s). You can also save your attachments directly toyour Drive in order to organize and share them in a single, safe place.
Gmail custom themes:
This is not ideally considered an advantage but this feature allows you tohave custom theme for your Gmail account. There are lots of themes available for those looking toadd colors to the inbox.
Apart from above features there are a lot of advantages of having a Gmail account. Since it hasbeen a part of Google Apps it allows you to access a lot of google services like Google calendar, todo, google Docs, YouTube, Blogger, and Google Plus.
