Base Rate Travel Fee   $45 up to 30 miles

This is the standard base rate travel fee. I will drive to meet you at a location of your choice. You can provide the address of your location at the time of your booking and I can provide you with an accurate price quote.

Add .50 cents per mile

This is only applied to the base rate travel fee if your location address exceeds my 30 mile radius. It would start at the 31st mile and would apply roundtrip. example: your location is 36 miles away, then multiply 5 miles by .50 = 2.50 and double it (roundtrip) equals $5.00

Loan Signings                      $125 - $300

Loan signing rates are all inclusive. No additional fees. For each signing I will read and follow instructions provided to me, travel to the agreed upon location, print two complete sets of documents (one for signer to keep), review all documents with signer and obtain signatures/ initials/ dates and notarize where required. I will scan documents back for review and drop signed documents before specified time or the next morning. A text will also be sent indicating the assignment has been completed.

Please Note: My duty as a notary is to verify each signer's identity. Documents that a notary can use to verify a signer's identity are: a passport, a driver's license, a government issued identification card, a government form of identification that contains the signature or photograph of the individual. A notary can accept any identifying document that is either current or expired for less than three years. A credible witness can be used as an alternative means of identifying a signing party, a third party witness must swear an oath and sign that the signing party to a document is who they say they are. The witness must be credible and personally known to you and needs to provide identifying documents (as listed above) to prove their identity.
