My packages are not recommended for numbers over 30 children as I may become overwhelmed entertaining large groups alone. If you have numbers beyond this, I can provide an assistant to help me for an additional charge. I will be in be in touch leading up to the party, to confirm final number of attendees. Please update me if numbers of children do change.

Bookings are accepted within a 10 mile radius of the RG1 postcode. Bookings outside of this area may be accepted, with an additional surcharge to cover petrol and travel time. Please ask for further details.

Please make sure a car parking space is reserved as close as possible to the venue as I will have lots of equipment to carry, so this would be extremely helpful. Any parking costs are the responsibility of the client.

Once your booking has been agreed, a £50 non refundable booking fee is required to secure your timeslot. The remaining payment is to be paid the day before, (or, if cash, upon arrival to the party).

In the circumstance you need to cancel your booking, I will try to arrange a suitable alternative date or time. If I need to cancel your booking, any fees paid will be refunded in full.

I aim to arrive in costume 10 minutes before the agreed time (I will contact you if for any reason I am running late). I will phone when I have arrived so I can be met outside and shown to the correct entrance. Occasionally I might also need assistance with carrying equipment.
We recommend you allow 15 minutes for all children to arrive, before your booking starts. This allows for latecomers – I would hate them to miss any of the magic!
Any small sweets we use as prizes are all free from allergens and vegan friendly. Please let me know on the day if any children are not allowed to have these.
During our bookings, a handheld bubble machine may be used. Please let me know in advance, if these are not permitted in your home/venue.

Please make sure that there is suitable adult supervision at all times. In the circumstance that I require help managing a child, please step in or prompt a parent to assist.

Although the activities will be agreed in advance with you, it may be necessary for us to alter these on the day due to environmental issues, children’s attention spans, behaviour etc.
Please be aware it can be hard to hold children’s attention if there are additional forms of entertainment (e.g. bouncy castle, ride-on cars, trampolines). And difficult for children to hear me over the noise of a bouncy castle - so I do request those be deflated during my visit.
Although I pride myself on live singing, in the circumstance that I am not confident to sing the requested song I reserve the right to use tracks.

If your party is outside please make sure there is a covered area for me to perform, so that myself, my equipment, and the children do not overheat or get rained on!

Any inappropriate behaviour will not be tolerated. If at any point I feel unsafe, I will leave and refunds will not be given.

I reserve the right to charge if any damage occurs to our costumes or equipment, due to negligence.

Please make me aware of any changes to your booking with as much notice as possible. Last minute changes to your package or character may be accepted only if I have availability, and enough themed supplies for the event.
