Realtor License & Renewal

CE Certifications must be submitted to the Alaska Real Estate Commission. Education for license renewal must be turned in by January 31, 2020.

AK Real Estate Commision

Alaska State Business License

All Signature licensees are required to have a current State of Alaska business license. License must be renewed each year. Expiration date varies.

Alaska MLS

All licensees pay a monthly fee to be a member of the MLS. This is paid via your Signature office bill, charged on the 1st of every month. If you have MLS questions, you can call Debbie or Tammy at the Wasilla MLS office at (907) 376-3860.

Mat Su Borough Business License

Licensee's doing business in the Mat-Su Borough are required to obtain a borough business licensed, renewed yearly.

All licensees doing business in Anchorage/Eagle River are required to obtain an Anchorage Muni business license.
