You are solely responsible for the documents and signatures you create, use, or share.
The App may request access to your Camera and Gallery/Photos to allow you to upload or capture signatures and documents. These permissions are required only for the App’s functionality and do not result in your files being collected by us.
The App may offer premium features through in-app purchases or subscriptions.
Purchases are managed securely via the app store and RevenueCat.
Subscription terms (such as billing, renewal, and cancellation) are governed by the app store’s policies.
The App integrates third-party services such as Firebase, RevenueCat, and AdMob for analytics, purchase management, and advertising. Your use of the App also means you agree to their respective terms and policies.
The App is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind.
We do not guarantee that the App will be error-free, secure, or uninterrupted.
We are not responsible for the legal validity of any signed documents created using the App.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any damages arising from your use of the App, including but not limited to loss of data, business interruptions, or legal disputes regarding signed documents.
We may suspend or restrict access to the App at any time if we believe you have violated these Terms. You may stop using the App at any time by uninstalling it.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Updates will be posted within the App and/or on the app store listing. Continued use of the App after updates means you accept the new Terms.
