SignalX – Crypto Signals (“SignalX”, “we”, “our”, or “us”) respects your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how information may be collected, used, stored, shared, and protected when you use the SignalX mobile application and related services.

SignalX is a cryptocurrency market information and signal application. It may provide crypto market signals, entry levels, targets, stop-loss levels, market insights, signal results, alerts, AI-assisted market analysis, and Premium features.
SignalX does not operate a cryptocurrency exchange or cryptocurrency wallet and does not hold or custody users' cryptocurrency or trading funds.
Depending on the features you use, SignalX may process the following information.

Premium/subscription entitlement status
If third-party authentication is offered, relevant information may also be processed by the authentication provider.
SignalX does not require cryptocurrency private keys, seed phrases, exchange passwords, or exchange API trading credentials for its normal signal-viewing functionality.

Premium subscriptions and other eligible digital purchases may be processed through Google Play.
SignalX may receive information necessary to verify and manage a purchase, such as:
Product or subscription purchased
Purchase status
Transaction or purchase token
Premium entitlement
Subscription expiration or renewal status
SignalX does not receive or store your complete payment-card information from Google Play.
If notifications are enabled, SignalX may process notification tokens and related technical information to provide alerts such as:

Target updates
Stop-loss updates
Signal status updates
Market-related notifications

Create and authenticate accounts
Provide SignalX functionality
Deliver crypto signals
Manage Premium access
Verify subscriptions and purchases

SignalX does not sell users' personal information for money.
SignalX may use Google and Firebase services such as:
Firebase Authentication
Cloud Firestore
Firebase Cloud Messaging
Google Play services
Google Play Billing
Analytics or crash-reporting services if enabled
These third-party services may process information according to their respective policies.
If advertising is included in a SignalX release, advertising providers may process information such as device identifiers, advertising identifiers, IP addresses, app interactions, and diagnostic information.
Where required, appropriate privacy choices or consent mechanisms will be provided.
If advertising is not included in the version of SignalX you use, advertising-related processing does not apply.
SignalX may obtain cryptocurrency prices, market information, news indicators, or other market-related information from external data providers.
Using these services does not give SignalX custody or control of your cryptocurrency.
Information may be processed by service providers necessary to operate SignalX, including providers of:
Authentication
Cloud infrastructure and databases
Push notifications
Google Play Billing
Analytics and crash reporting, if enabled
Advertising, if enabled
Market information
Information may also be disclosed where required by applicable law or where reasonably necessary to protect SignalX, its users, or its services.
Personal information is retained only for as long as reasonably necessary to provide SignalX, maintain legitimate business or security records, resolve disputes, prevent fraud and abuse, or comply with applicable legal requirements.
When an account is deleted, associated personal information will be deleted or anonymized where reasonably possible, except information that must legitimately or legally be retained.
Residual copies may temporarily remain in backup systems until overwritten or expired.
Users can request deletion of their SignalX account and associated personal information.
Where available, account deletion can be initiated directly through SignalX.

Identity or account ownership verification may be required before deletion.
Deleting your SignalX account does not automatically cancel a Google Play subscription. Active subscriptions should be managed separately through Google Play.
We use reasonable technical and organizational safeguards intended to protect information against unauthorized access, alteration, disclosure, or destruction.
No internet-connected service can guarantee absolute security.
SignalX is a cryptocurrency market-information and trading-signal application and is not specifically designed for children.
We do not knowingly seek to collect children's personal information contrary to applicable law.
Technology providers used by SignalX may process information on servers located in different countries.
Such processing is subject to applicable legal requirements and the safeguards maintained by the relevant service providers.
Depending on applicable law, users may have rights to request:
