Are the fees for the entire conferece? 

Yes, the fees stated here are for all days of the conference. You do not need to pay individual days but can attend the entire conference after paying the fees. 

Do I need to arrange my own accommodation?

Yes, participants need to arrange their own accommodation. However, see the information provided here for some recommended options. 

What airport should I fly into?

The most direct way is to fly into Piarco International Airport (airport code: POS) in Trinidad. 

Another possibility is to fly to A.N.R Robinson International Airport (airport code: TAB) in Tobago and then take a Caribbean Airlines flight to POS. This may cheaper coming from certain countries.

What visas do I need?

Please find visa information here. Please also check whether you might need a visa for the country you transit through (e.g. the US, Canada, Europe, Panama).

How much is childcare?

The SIGN10 conference organisers provide childcare during the days of the conference free of charge (we might ask for a small fee for food - tbd). Childcare will be provided on campus by volunteers. A program will be designed closer to the conference when it becomes clearer how many children are registered and how old the children are. For more information click here.
