I would like to hold this event but if cannot due to low number of alumni we do not have to do it. 

With Orchid Ball we always try to do a brotherhood event with you all. This year we are planning a Alumni vs. Active softball game. Spring 2023 we did a Alumni vs. Active Dodgeball game which was a blast. This game will take place around 11:00 A.M. on April 12th. 

Once I get a good number on how many alumni will attend we can either do this during formal or before it does not matter to me. 

After our softball game, I’d like all alumni in attendance to meet me in the chapter room (Room 0018 in the Health Professions Building). I want to discuss who is interested in becoming an active alumnus and forming an alumni board. Our goal is to get this chartered over the summer and establish a strong alumni foundation that will last for years to come.
