The name of this floating village is called Kampong Luong located in the Southeast part of the lake. It was rainy season. The sky was dark and about to rain.

42nd Southeast Asia Seminar

Joining the 42nd Southeast Asia Seminar hosted by Kyoto University and Royal University of Bhutan. It was about Health and Rural Development based on "Gross National Happiness" concept. It was held at Office of Vice Chancellor, Royal University of Bhutan, Thimpu, Bhutan.

Thanks to good weather, it was clear sky and allows us to view Himalaya mount from the 3100 m above sea level at Dochula pass, Bhutan.
