The SIEVE (Smart Infrastructure for an Electric Vehicle Ecosystem) is one of a kind project at IIT Delhi that aims at developing all kinds of technologies for e-vehicles of the future. The research areas include:

• Battery management and charging technologies (Prof. B. K. Panigrahi and Prof. Sumit Pramanick)
• IoT technologies: charging station placement strategies, and methods for effective communication (Prof. Smruti R. Sarangi)
• Automous driving (Prof. Sunil Jha)
• Novel Vanadium Oxide based Redox flow batteries (Prof. Anil Verma)
