Sierra Morris has been a noteworthy leader in the theater and project management industry for over 20 years. Possessing an incredibly diverse background, she currently serves as the Operations Manager and Bookkeeper for TruRyderz Trucking LLC. Sierra's high level of dedication and commitment to excellence allows her to excel in this role while supporting the organization in its growth and development.
While at Oregon Shakespeare Festival, she served as the Shop Operations Manager and Associate Stage Operations Manager. Passion and integrity consistently embody the essence of Sierra’s work. She also served as the Assistant Director and Assistant Technical Director for Tamera Hill Productions, where she worked on the plays “Workplace Drama,” “I Never Heard My Father’s Voice,” and the short film Solo. She was also the Set Designer for Super Saint, which can currently be viewed on Amazon Prime.
Sierra is also credited with numerous contributions to the Santa Fe Opera in Santa Fe, New Mexico. Among her expansive list of achievements, Sierra was recognized in her first season with a technical apprentice award for excellence. Being no stranger to the high level of excellence that is required in repertory theater, Sierra excelled as the Crew Chief and, later, Crew Supervisor at Santa Fe Opera.
Having understood the importance of applying project management, team building, teaching, and problem-solving techniques, she continues to be an exemplary leader, creating new processes to help streamline daily operations.
Sierra obtained her collegiate degree from Wesleyan College. Sierra is a wife, daughter, mentor, and friend, and in her free time, she enjoys recreational activities such as adventure sports, culinary artistry, and day trading.
