Why does it say I don't have enough Deltas? I have enough!

When buying items, some of them require Deltas from your Wallet balance (s!balance) or your Bank balance (s!bank). Make sure your Deltas are in the correct location before buying!

Why doesn't Boss commands work in the official Discord Server? Did I crash the bot?

No, you didn't crash the bot. If you don't receive a response from Sierra when initiating a Boss command, chances are that the boss was defeated already. You should expect a new boss to be up, as we'll announce it when it does.

Sierra is lagging out / playing music weirdly. What do I do?

If this happens, that means the bot is experiencing high levels of memory usage. The best thing to do is skip the song (s!skip). If the bot stops playing music, even though it's still in the voice channel, force disconnect it. Do not use (s!disconnect), rather, ask a server Administrator to use Discord itself to disconnect the Bot from the music channel. After that, you can play your music again. If something goes wrong, contact support, the Developers, or Administrators in the official Discord server.
