I am a climate-smart agricultural enthusiast accustomed to performing tasks in varied weather, proficient in tilling soil, nursery management, and irrigation and fertigation systems for greenhouses, open fields, and hydroponic farms.  insightful agronomist with experience in directing and improving operations through effective managerial skills. I was trained both in Israel and Ghana and have worked as a farm supervisor in vegetable production in greenhouses and open fields, as an assistant farm manager, and finally as a farm manager in a greenhouse/open field vegetable farm in Ghana. I have worked as a greenhouse and open-field consultant for the past six years. I have a strong passion for helping others, which is why I have found such fulfillment in producing food to feed people, providing support to my fellow employees, and assisting them in ways that benefit them both personally and professionally. I believe my innovative nature and strong managerial and communication skills have helped me succeed in any task given to me by your company. I acquired a diploma in general agriculture from Kwadaso College of Agriculture Ghana, a diploma in agricultural studies/certificate in irrigation (Agrostudies and Netafim) in Israel, and a BSc. in general agriculture from Kwame Nkrumah Science and Technology (KNUST) Ghana. I am currently undertaking an MBA in higher professional education from Roxbourg in Switzerland.
