Welcome to the Revolution

The realization that we should have a constitutional convention that involves all of the racial demographics at the fabled table, should be the irrefutable argument that commences the revolution, but there is a problem - dogma.

Contrary to the popular rhetoric, the founders of the United States are not turning in their graves, because of the misuse of the Constitution, but rather, because they are embarrassed by the reverence for the obviously disputed document and the erroneous system that it prescribes. The Founders would be inclined to recognize the Constitution’s inadequacies in light of the advanced deliberation of law and game theory that two hundred years of American legal evolution and scholarship has revealed; and question why the esteemed lawyers and political scholars have not yet deliberated and installed a more reliable system.

The inconvenient truth is that the entire three levels of the government are systemically flawed, because even the best and noblest of statesmen did not have the complete information necessary for ordering more reliable charters, and subsequently, more reliable government operations. Although, the subsisting charter system has effectively served the start-up of the new nation, the basic three-part model is an inadequate structure, because it lacks an aligned subdivision of the three parts. The amendments that have been enacted in an effort to relieve what seemed to be problems with the original structure, such as, the appointment process for the federal Senate and limiting the population of the House of Representatives, have essentially compounded the structural problems, provided more opportunity for corruption, and instituted contradiction as a cultural mores.

The political and social disorderliness that we are enduring are the symptoms of this improper structure under the stress of the more diverse and integrated, and sophisticated, population that the nation has evolved to. It is a semi-chaotic mess that is politely referred to as “political gridlock” at the federal level, that trickles down in the forms of government corruption and hypocrisy, social hysteria and disorder, and eventually leads to individual frustration that sometimes ends with violent acts, and sometimes premeditated acts of domestic terrorism - cellular rebellion.
