A: You’ll get a secure link sent directly to your email. From there, you can view, download, and share with family, friends, and teammates.

Q: Do you cover all players or just individuals?
A: Every package includes coverage of the whole team, so every athlete has moments captured. If you’d like extra focus on your child, you can add The Spotlight Package.

Q: What if it rains or a game is rescheduled?
A: No problem! Your booking rolls over to the new game time. We know schedules change on the fly — we’re flexible.

Q: What sports do you photograph?
A: We primarily cover outdoor sports — soccer, baseball, football, cheerleading, track, lacrosse, and more. If kids are competing, we’ll be there with the camera. If you are interested in indoor sports photography, please send us an email.

Q: How much does it cost?
A: We keep pricing simple and transparent. Game coverage starts at $500 per game, with discounts for multi-game and season packages. See our Services & Pricing page for full details.

Q: Do you post photos publicly?
A: Your gallery is private and only shared with the families you give the link to. We may occasionally share a shot on our Instagram (@SidelineStudioCincy), but only with your permission.
