• All customers must carry a valid driving license at the time of booking and pickup.
  
  

• The renter must be at least 21 years old.
  
  

• A copy of ID proof (Aadhar, PAN, or Passport) must be submitted before the ride begins.
  
  

• Vehicles are rented only for personal and lawful use. Sub-renting or using for illegal activity is strictly prohibited.

• All vehicles are provided in clean and well-maintained condition.
  
  

• The customer is expected to return the vehicle in the same condition as delivered.
  
  

• Any minor or major damage (scratches, dents, tire damage, etc.) caused during the rental period will be fully the responsibility of the customer.
  
  

• If any accident or mishap occurs, the customer is liable to bear all repair charges unless otherwise covered by insurance.
  
  

• In case of mechanical failure not caused by the customer, we will provide support or an alternate vehicle if available.

• The vehicle will be delivered with a certain level of fuel. The same level must be maintained or refilled before return.
  
  

• Fuel charges are not included in the rental cost.
  
  

• If returned with less fuel, refueling charges will be applied.

• Please drive responsibly and follow all local traffic rules and speed limits.
  
  

• Use the car only within Siddipet and nearby approved travel zones, unless permission is taken in advance for long-distance travel.
  
  

• Avoid rash driving, over-speeding, and reckless handling of the car.
  
  

• The customer is liable for any fines or traffic violations during the rental period.

• Vehicles must be returned at the agreed time.
  
  

• If you need to extend your booking, kindly inform us at least 2 hours in advance.
  
  

• Late return charges may apply for unnotified extensions.

• Cancellations must be made at least 12 hours before the scheduled time for full refund eligibility.
  
  

• Cancellations made after the allowed period may attract a cancellation fee.
  
  

• No refund for unused time if the car is returned early.

• Siddipet Car Rentals is not responsible for any personal belongings left in the car.
  
  

• We recommend checking the vehicle thoroughly before returning.
  
  

• The renter is solely responsible for any legal issues arising during the rental period.

• In case of a breakdown, contact us immediately. We offer basic roadside assistance within our service area.
  
  

• If a replacement vehicle is available, we will try to provide one as soon as possible.
