Aligning with the principles of seasonal wellness, this class adapts to the needs of each season—for example, during autumn, when the air becomes dry, special emphasis is placed on stimulating the Lung meridian to strengthen lung function and alleviate symptoms such as respiratory sensitivity and shortness of breath.
