About Me

Hi there in case we are meeting for the first time.

I am currently a research scholar pursuing my doctoral studies in the domain of robotics under the guidance of Prof Dr. Asokan Thondiyath in IIT Madras. Prior to that I was working in TATA Motors as Graduate Engineering Trainee (GET) at Jamshedpur after completing my graduate studies in NIT Silchar. During my graduate studies, I have also worked as a research intern in DRDO Chandipur under the guidance of Dr HS Panda.

Being associated with both the industry and academia in the past years I have had the opportunity of exploring both the facets of research which is research and applicability. My research areas include hybrid multi-medium robots, analysis of aeromodels, additive manufacturing using 3d printing and green energy harvesting. Some of the projects in the aforementioned areas are listed in the projects section.

What I love to do ?

Activities

Apart from being a travel enthusiast, I love to read, read to teach, teach to learn, learn to be and be more. Being engaged in research I still do take out some time to do what I love which includes taking long travelling trips, teaching science experiments in villages with the help of IVIL, IITM and participating in clubs, conferences and sports. I am a person who loves to have a conversation over a cup of coffee rather than having loads of conversations online. So lets connect !
