Instructions for presenters
Oral presentations (General sessions)
Talks are 20 minutes with 10 minutes of questions.
The conference room is equipped with a PC and projection facilities. You may bring your presentation on a USB drive or connect your own laptop or tablet—just be sure to bring any necessary adapters.
Presenters using printed handouts should bring their own. (Copier services for the public are limited on campus) We recommend bringing 60-65 copies.
Poster presentations
Posters (84.1 × 118.9 cm or 33.1 × 46.8 inches) will be pinned on stands. Posters must be prepared in portrait orientation.
Poster presenters are kindly requested to present their posters at their originally scheduled time.
Lightning Talk session
In addition to the main poster presentation, a Lightning Talk Session will take place at the beginning of each day’s poster session, providing presenters with an opportunity to briefly introduce their work. This session is intended to help presenters highlight the key points of their research and encourage discussion during the poster session.
Each presenter will be given two minutes to deliver a concise oral presentation to the audience, using a single PowerPoint slide that effectively summarizes the essence of their work.
To participate in the Lightning Talk session, poster presenters must submit a single PowerPoint slide that effectively summarizes the essence of their work to sicogg2026@gmail.com by August 7, 11:59 PM (Korean Standard Time).
Since the time allocated for the Lightning Talk session is limited, we kindly ask for your understanding that both the presentation order and materials need to be prepared in advance for an efficient session. If your slide is not submitted by the deadline, you will not be able to participate.
Participation in the Lightning Talk Session will be confirmed during the online registration process.
As announced in the CFP, the proceedings will be made available through the conference website, as an unpublished online collection. They will be posted shortly before the conference begins.
Presenters are strongly encouraged to submit their proceedings papers by email in accordance with the following guidelines.

Submission email: sicogg28.proceedings@gmail.com
