As a member of the IT team, my role is to support SPSB's technological infrastructure and ensure that all digital systems and processes are running smoothly. I am responsible for maintaining and troubleshooting computer hardware and software, managing and monitoring networks and servers, and developing and implementing cybersecurity protocols to protect the organization's data and systems. 

I am an Active Citizen & SAP Co-Ordinator at the British Council. As an Active Citizen, my role is to encourage and support community-led initiatives that address social issues and promote positive change. I work closely with local communities and organizations to identify areas of need and develop projects that can make a real difference in people's lives. 

The First-Year Experience Program is a comprehensive program designed to help students transition from high school to university. As an organizer, my role is to collaborate with other faculty members to develop and coordinate activities that will help students adjust to university life, build relationships with their peers, and develop the skills they need to succeed academically. 

At Spelling Butterfly, we utilized a variety of techniques and resources to make learning engaging and fun for children. We also worked closely with parents and teachers to ensure that our approach was aligned with their child's individual learning needs.
