This application is NOT collecting or sending away any data. Only data used are the game save data stored locally on your device that are required for the game to work and let you see your in-game efficiency.
The app does use Game Center service (one of core services provided by iOS operating system) that may collect information used to identify you in order to you compete with other players in the leaderboards.
