Sibalom is located at 10°47′18″N 122°01′03″E. It is 11 kilometres (6.8 mi) from the provincial capital, San Jose de Buenavista.

According to the Philippine Statistics Authority, the municipality has a land area of 201.30 square kilometres (77.72 sq mi) [6] constituting 7.38% of the 2,729.17-square-kilometre- (1,053.74 sq mi) total area of Antique.
