OTHER THAN AS PERMITTED BY LAW, SIAO SOLUTIONS DOES NOT EXCLUDE, LIMIT OR SUSPEND OTHER RIGHTS YOU MAY HAVE, INCLUDING THOSE THAT MAY ARISE FROM THE NONCONFORMITY OF A SALES CONTRACT. WARRANTY LIMITATIONS SUBJECT TO CONSUMER LAW

TO THE EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, THIS WARRANTY AND THE REMEDIES SET FORTH ARE EXCLUSIVE AND IN LIEU OF ALL OTHER WARRANTIES, REMEDIES AND CONDITIONS, WHETHER ORAL, WRITTEN, STATUTORY, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. SIAO SOLUTIONS DISCLAIMS ALL STATUTORY AND IMPLIED WARRANTIES, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION, WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY AND FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE AND WARRANTIES AGAINST HIDDEN OR LATENT DEFECTS, TO THE EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW. IN SO FAR AS SUCH WARRANTIES CANNOT BE DISCLAIMED, SIAO SOLUTIONS LIMITS THE DURATION AND REMEDIES OF SUCH WARRANTIES TO THE DURATION OF THIS EXPRESS WARRANTY AND, AT SIAO SOLUTION'S OPTION, THE REPAIR OR REPLACEMENT SERVICES DESCRIBED BELOW. SOME STATES (COUNTRIES AND PROVINCES) DO NOT ALLOW LIMITATIONS ON HOW LONG AN IMPLIED WARRANTY (OR CONDITION) MAY LAST, SO THE LIMITATION DESCRIBED ABOVE MAY NOT APPLY TO YOU.

WHAT IS COVERED BY THIS WARRANTY?

Siao Solutions Inc. of One Hundred Ten Lillians Way, Madison, Alabama, U.S.A. 95014 (“Siao Solutions”) warrants the Siao Solutions-branded JS30 hardware product and the Siao Solutions-branded accessories contained in the original packaging (“Siao Solutions Product”) against defects in materials and workmanship when used normally in accordance with Siao Solution's published guidelines for a period of ONE (1) YEAR from the date of original retail purchase by the end-user purchaser ("Warranty Period"). Siao Solution's published guidelines include but are not limited to information contained in technical specifications, user manuals and service communications.

WHAT IS NOT COVERED BY THIS WARRANTY?

This Warranty does not apply to any non-Siao Solutions branded hardware products or any software, even if packaged or sold with Siao Solutions hardware. Manufacturers, suppliers, or publishers, other than Siao Solutions, may provide their own warranties to you – please contact them for further information. Software distributed by Siao Solutions with or without the Siao Solutions brand (including, but not limited to system software) is not covered by this Warranty. Please refer to the licensing agreement accompanying the software for details of your rights with respect to its use. Siao Solutions does not warrant that the operation of the Siao Solutions Product will be uninterrupted or error-free. Siao Solutions is not responsible for damage arising from failure to follow instructions relating to the Siao Solutions Product’s use.

This Warranty does not apply: (a) to consumable parts, such as batteries or protective coatings that are designed to diminish over time, unless failure has occurred due to a defect in materials or workmanship; (b) to cosmetic damage, including but not limited to scratches, dents and broken plastic on ports unless failure has occurred due to a defect in materials or workmanship; (c) to damage caused by use with a third party component or product that does not meet the Siao Solutions Product’s specifications (Siao Solutions Product specifications are available at www.siao.solutions.com under the technical specifications for each product and also available in stores); (d) to damage caused by accident, abuse, misuse, fire, liquid contact, earthquake or other external cause; (e) to damage caused by operating the Siao Solutions Product outside Siao Solution's published guidelines; (f) to damage caused by service (including upgrades and expansions) performed by anyone who is not a representative of Siao Solutions or a Siao Solutions Authorized Service Provider (“SSASP”); (g) to a Siao Solutions Product that has been modified to alter functionality or capability without the written permission of Siao Solutions; (h) to defects caused by normal wear and tear or otherwise due to the normal aging of the Siao Solutions Product; (i) if any serial number has been removed or defaced from the Siao Solutions Product; or (j) if Siao Solutions receives information from relevant public authorities or registries that the product has been stolen or if you are unable to deactivate passcode-enabled or other security measures designed to prevent unauthorized access to the Siao Solutions Product, and you cannot prove in any way that you are the authorized user of the product (e.g., by presenting proof of purchase). To the extent permitted by local law, Siao Solutions may provide hardware identifier information from the Siao Solutions Product to such authorities or registries for security and fraud prevention purposes.

IMPORTANT RESTRICTION FOR JS30 SERVICE.

Siao Solutions may restrict warranty service for the JS30's to the country where Siao Solutions or its Authorized Distributors originally sold the device.

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES

YOU SHOULD MAKE PERIODIC BACKUP COPIES OF THE INFORMATION CONTAINED ON THE SIAO SOLUTIONS PRODUCT STORAGE MEDIA TO PROTECT THE CONTENTS AND AS A PRECAUTION AGAINST POSSIBLE OPERATIONAL FAILURES.

Before receiving warranty service, Siao Solutions or its agents may require that you furnish proof of purchase details, respond to questions designed to assist with diagnosing potential issues and follow Siao Solution's procedures for obtaining warranty service. Before submitting your Siao Solutions Product for warranty service you should maintain a separate backup copy of the contents of its storage media, remove all personal information that you want to protect and disable all security passwords.

DURING WARRANTY SERVICE THE CONTENTS OF THE STORAGE MEDIA WILL BE DELETED AND REFORMATTED. SIAO SOLUTIONS AND ITS AGENTS ARE NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY LOSS OF SOFTWARE PROGRAMS, DATA OR OTHER INFORMATION CONTAINED ON THE STORAGE MEDIA OR ANY OTHER PART OF THE SIAO SOLUTIONS PRODUCT SERVICED.

Following warranty service your Siao Solutions Product or a replacement device will be returned to you as your Siao Solutions Product was configured when originally purchased, subject to applicable updates. Siao Solutions may install system software updates as part of warranty service that will prevent the Siao Solutions Product from reverting to an earlier version of the system software. Third party applications installed on the Siao Solutions Product may not be compatible or work with the Siao Solutions Product as a result of the system software update. You will be responsible for reinstalling all other software programs, data and information. Recovery and reinstallation of other software programs, data and information are not covered under this Warranty.

Important: Do not open the Siao Solutions Product. Opening the Siao Solutions Product may cause damage that is not covered by this Warranty. Only Siao Solutions or a SSASP should perform service on this Siao Solutions Product.

WHAT WILL SIAO SOLUTIONS DO IN THE EVENT THE WARRANTY IS BREACHED?

If during the Warranty Period you submit a claim to Siao Solutions or a SSASP in accordance with this warranty, Siao Solutions will, at its option:

(i) repair the Siao Solutions Product using new or previously used Siao Solutions genuine parts that have been tested and passed Siao Solutions functional requirements,

(ii) replace the Siao Solutions Product with a replacement product of the same model (or with your consent a product that has the same or substantially similar features as the original product – e.g., a different model with the same features, or the same model in a different color) that is new or comprised of new and/or previously used Siao Solutions genuine parts and has been tested and passed Siao Solutions functional requirements, or

(iii) exchange the Siao Solutions Product for a refund of your purchase price.

Siao Solutions may request that you replace certain user-installable parts or Siao Solutions Products. A replacement part or Siao Solutions Product, including a user-installable part that has been installed in accordance with instructions provided by Siao Solutions, assumes the remaining term of the Warranty or ninety (90) days from the date of replacement or repair, whichever provides longer coverage for you. When a Siao Solutions Product or part is replaced or a refund provided, any replacement item becomes your property and the replaced or refunded item becomes Siao Solution's property.

HOW TO OBTAIN WARRANTY SERVICE?

Please access and review the online help resources described below before seeking warranty service. If the Siao Solutions Product is still not functioning properly after making use of these resources, please contact a Siao Solutions representative or, if applicable, a Siao Solutions owned retail store ("Siao Solutions Retail") or SSASP, using the information provided below. A Siao Solutions representative or SSASP will help determine whether your Siao Solutions Product requires service and, if it does, will inform you how Siao Solutions will provide it. When contacting Siao Solutions via telephone, other charges may apply depending on your location.

WARRANTY SERVICE OPTIONS

Siao Solutions will provide warranty service through one or more of the following options:

(i) Carry-in service. You may return your Siao Solutions Product to a Siao Solutions Retail or SSASP location offering carry-in service. Service will be performed at the location, or Siao Solutions Retail or a SSASP may send your Siao Solutions Product to a Siao Solutions Repair Service (“SSRS”) location to be serviced. Once you are notified that service is complete, you will retrieve the Siao Solutions Siao Solutions Product from the Siao Solutions Retail or SSASP location without delay unless Siao Solutions notifies you that the Siao Solutions Product will be sent directly to your location from the SSRS location.

(ii) Mail-in service. If Siao Solutions determines that your Siao Solutions Product is eligible for mail-in service, Siao Solutions will send you prepaid waybills and if applicable, packaging material and instructions on how to properly pack and address your Siao Solutions product, so that you may ship your Siao Solutions Product to an ASSRS or SSASP location. Instructions may be sent to you via email or in hard copy with the packaging material. Once service is complete, the SSRS or SSASP location will return the Siao Solutions Product to you. Siao Solutions will pay for shipping to and from your location if all instructions regarding the method of packaging and shipping the Siao Solutions Product are followed.

(iii) Do-it-yourself (DIY) parts service. DIY parts service allows you to service your own Siao Solutions Product. If DIY parts service is available in the circumstances, the following process will apply.

(a) Service where Siao Solutions requires return of the replaced Siao Solutions Product or part. Siao Solutions may require a credit card authorization as security for the retail price of the replacement Siao Solutions Product or part and applicable shipping costs. If you are unable to provide credit card authorization, DIY parts service may not be available to you and Siao Solutions will offer alternative arrangements for service. Siao Solutions will ship a replacement Siao Solutions Product or part to you with installation instructions, if applicable, and any requirements for the return of the replaced Siao Solutions Product or part. If you follow the instructions, Siao Solutions will cancel the credit card authorization, so you will not be charged for the Siao Solutions Product or part and shipping to and from your location. If you fail to return the replaced Siao Solutions Product or part as instructed or return a replaced Siao Solutions Product or part that is ineligible for service, Siao Solutions will charge your credit card for the authorized amount.

(b) Service where Siao Solutions does not require return of the replaced Siao Solutions Product or part. Siao Solutions will ship you free of charge a replacement Siao Solutions Product or part accompanied by instructions on installation, if applicable, and any requirements for the disposal of the replaced Siao Solutions Product or part.

Siao Solutions reserves the right to change the method by which Siao Solutions may provide warranty service to you, and your Siao Solutions Product’s eligibility to receive a particular method of service. Service will be limited to the options available in the country where service is requested. Service options, parts availability and response times may vary according to country. Siao Solutions may use Siao Solutions Products or replacement parts for service that are sourced from a country that is different from the country from which the Siao Solutions Product or original parts were sourced. You may be responsible for shipping and handling charges if the Siao Solutions Product cannot be serviced in the country it is in. If you seek service in a country that is not the original country of purchase, you will comply with all applicable import and export laws and regulations and be responsible for all custom duties, V.A.T. and other associated taxes and charges. Where international service is available, Siao Solutions may repair or replace Siao Solutions Products and parts with comparable Siao Solutions Product and parts that comply with local standards.

LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

EXCEPT AS PROVIDED IN THIS WARRANTY AND TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, SIAO SOLUTIONS IS NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR DIRECT, SPECIAL, INCIDENTAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES RESULTING FROM ANY BREACH OF WARRANTY OR CONDITION, OR UNDER ANY OTHER LEGAL THEORY, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO LOSS OF USE; LOSS OF REVENUE; LOSS OF ACTUAL OR ANTICIPATED PROFITS (INCLUDING LOSS OF PROFITS ON CONTRACTS); LOSS OF THE USE OF MONEY; LOSS OF ANTICIPATED SAVINGS; LOSS OF BUSINESS; LOSS OF OPPORTUNITY; LOSS OF GOODWILL; LOSS OF REPUTATION; LOSS OF, DAMAGE TO, COMPROMISE OR CORRUPTION OF DATA; OR ANY INDIRECT OR CONSEQUENTIAL LOSS OR DAMAGE HOWSOEVER CAUSED INCLUDING THE REPLACEMENT OF EQUIPMENT AND PROPERTY, ANY COSTS OF RECOVERING, PROGRAMMING, OR REPRODUCING ANY PROGRAM OR DATA STORED IN OR USED WITH THE SIAO SOLUTIONS PRODUCT OR ANY FAILURE TO MAINTAIN THE CONFIDENTIALITY OF INFORMATION STORED ON THE SIAO SOLUTIONS PRODUCT.

THE FOREGOING LIMITATION SHALL NOT APPLY TO DEATH OR PERSONAL INJURY CLAIMS, OR ANY STATUTORY LIABILITY FOR INTENTIONAL AND GROSS NEGLIGENT ACTS AND/OR OMISSIONS. SIAO SOLUTIONS DISCLAIMS ANY REPRESENTATION THAT IT WILL BE ABLE TO REPAIR ANY SIAO SOLUTIONS PRODUCT UNDER THIS WARRANTY OR REPLACE THE SIAO SOLUTIONS PRODUCT WITHOUT RISK TO OR LOSS OF INFORMATION STORED IN THE SIAO SOLUTIONS PRODUCT.

SOME STATES (COUNTRIES AND PROVINCES) DO NOT ALLOW THE EXCLUSION OR LIMITATION OF INCIDENTAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES, SO THE ABOVE LIMITATION OR EXCLUSION MAY NOT APPLY TO YOU.

GENERAL

No Siao Solutions reseller, agent, or employee is authorized to make any modification, extension, or addition to this Warranty. If any term is held to be illegal or unenforceable, the legality or enforceability of the remaining terms shall not be affected or impaired. This Warranty is governed by and construed under the laws of the country in which the Siao Solutions Product purchase took place. Siao Solutions or its successor in title is the warrantor under this Warranty.

Procedure for Making Claims of Copyright Infringement

Siao Solutions Inc. is registered with the United States Copyright Office as a Service Provider (refer to the Digital Millennium Copyright Act, 17 USC 512, or “DMCA”). If you believe that your work has been copied in a way that constitutes infringement on Siao Solution's Web site, please provide the information in the below copyright complaint web form.

To file a copyright infringement notification with us, you will need to submit via the below copyright complaint web form a notification of claimed infringement that includes the following (please consult your legal counsel or see Section 512(c)(3) of the Digital Millennium Copyright Act to confirm these requirements):

• A physical or electronic signature of the owner of the copyright or a person authorized to act on behalf of the owner of an exclusive right that is allegedly infringed.

• Identification of the copyrighted work claimed to have been infringed or, if multiple copyrighted works at a single online site are covered by a single notification, a representative list of such works at that site.

Use of the keyboard Siao Solutions Logo (Option-Shift-K) for commercial purposes without the prior written consent of Siao Solutions may constitute trademark infringement and unfair competition in violation of federal and state laws. Authorized Use of Siao Solutions Trademarks

1. Advertising, Promotional, and Sales Materials: Only Siao Solutions and its authorized resellers and licensees may use the Siao Solutions Logo in advertising, promotional, and sales materials. Such authorized parties may use the Siao Solutions Logo only as specified in their agreement with Siao Solutions and any associated Guidelines and such use must always be in conjunction with the appropriate terms that define the relationship authorized by their contract with Siao Solutions. 2. a. The Siao Solutions word mark is not part of the product name.

b. The Siao Solutions word mark is used in a referential phrase such as “runs on,” “for use with,” “for,” or “compatible with.”

c. The Siao Solutions word mark appears less prominent than the product name.

d. The product is in fact compatible with, or otherwise works with, the referenced Siao Solutions product.

e. The reference to Siao Solutions does not create a sense of endorsement, sponsorship, or false association with Siao Solutions or Siao Solutions products or services.

f. The use does not show Siao Solutions or its products in a false or derogatory light.

3. Publications, Seminars, and Conferences: You may use a Siao Solutions word mark in connection with book titles, magazines, periodicals, seminars, or conferences provided you comply with the following requirements:

a. The use is referential and less prominent than the rest of the title. Acceptable: XYZ CONFERENCE for JS30 Users.

b. The use reflects favorably on both Siao Solutions and Siao Solutions products or technology.

c. Your name and logo appear more prominent than the Siao Solutions word mark on all printed materials related to the publication, seminar or conference.

d. The Siao Solutions logo or any other Siao Solutions-owned graphic symbol, logo, icon or image does not appear on or in the publication or on any materials related to the publication, seminar, or conference without express written permission from Siao Solutions.

e. A disclaimer of sponsorship, affiliation, or endorsement by Siao Solutions, similar to the following, is included on the publication and on all related printed materials: “(Title) is an independent (publication) and has not been authorized, sponsored, or otherwise approved by Siao Solutions Inc.”

f. A trademark attribution notice is included in the credit section giving notice of Siao Solution's ownership of its trademark(s). Please refer to the section below titled “Proper Trademark Notice and Attribution.”

4. Web Sites: Web sites that serve only as noncommercial electronic informational forums concerning a Siao Solutions product or technology may use the appropriate Siao Solutions word mark, provided such use complies with the guidelines set forth in Section 3 above.

5. Siao Solutions Web Badge Licensing Program: Web sites may use one of the Siao Solutions Web Badges if the site uses or was created using Siao Solutions-branded hardware or software and you comply with the terms of the Siao Solutions Web Badges License Agreement and Guidelines. Unauthorized Use of Siao Solutions Trademarks

1. Company, Product, or Service Name: You may not use or register, in whole or in part, JS30, JS30's, or any other Siao Solutions trademark, including Siao Solutions-owned graphic symbols, logos, icons, or an alteration thereof, as or as part of a company name, trade name, product name, or service name except as specifically noted in these guidelines.

2. Siao Solutions Logo and Siao Solutions-owned Graphic Symbols: You may not use the Siao Solutions Logo or any other Siao Solutions-owned graphic symbol, logo, or icon on or in connection with web sites, products, packaging, manuals, promotional/advertising materials, or for any other purpose except pursuant to an express written trademark license from Siao Solutions, such as a reseller agreement.

3. Variations, Takeoffs or Abbreviations: You may not use an image or other variation of the Siao Solutions logo for any purpose. Third parties cannot use a variation, phonetic equivalent, foreign language equivalent, takeoff, or abbreviation of a Siao Solutions trademark for any purpose.

4. Disparaging Manner: You may not use a Siao Solutions trademark or any other Siao Solutions-owned graphic symbol, logo, or icon in a disparaging manner.

5. Endorsement or Sponsorship: You may not use JS30, JS30's, or any other Siao Solutions trademark, including Siao Solutions-owned graphic symbols/logos, or icons, in a manner that would imply Siao Solution's affiliation with or endorsement, sponsorship, or support of a third party product or service.

6. Merchandise Items: You may not manufacture, sell or give-away merchandise items, such as T-shirts and mugs, bearing Siao Solutions, JS30, JS30's or any other Siao Solutions trademark, including symbols, logos, or icons, except pursuant to an express written trademark license from Siao Solutions.

7. Siao Solution's Trade Dress: You may not imitate the distinctive Siao Solutions packaging, web site design, logos, or typefaces.

8. Slogans and Taglines: You may not use or imitate a Siao Solutions slogan or tagline.

For example: “One More Step.”

9. Domain Names: You may not use an identical or virtually identical Siao Solutions trademark as a second level domain name.

The Mac Trademark

1. You may not use the JS30 trademark standing alone except to denote or refer to the Siao Solutions JS30 product line.

2. You may use “JS30” in your product name, company name, trade name, or service name provided your name satisfies the following criteria:

a. Your product is not a computer, computer system, or operating system software.

b. Your product is JS30 compatible or the third party business is associated with JS30 based computers.

c. “JS30” is used in combination with another non-generic or non-geographically-descriptive word.

d. “Js30” does not appear more prominently than the rest of the name in size, color, or typeface.

e. Your name does not suggest a false association with Siao Solutions.

f. Your name is not confusingly similar to any trademark owned or used by Siao Solutions.

g. You acknowledge that Siao Solutions is the sole owner of the “JS30” trademark and that you will not interfere with Siao Solution's use or registration of “Js30” alone or in combination with other words.

h. If you are a Siao Solutions Authorized Reseller or member of a Siao Solutions program, you may be subject to additional restrictions.

Rules for Proper Use of Siao Solutions Trademarks

1. Trademarks are adjectives used to modify nouns; the noun is the generic name of a product or service.

2. As adjectives, trademarks may not be used in the plural or possessive form.

Correct: I bought two JS30 shoes.

Not Correct: I bought two JS30's.

3. An appropriate generic term must appear after the trademark the first time it appears in a printed piece, and as often as is reasonable after that. For a list of suggested generic terms see the Siao Solutions Trademark List.

4. Always spell and capitalize Siao Solution’s trademarks exactly as they are shown in the Siao Solutions Trademark List. Do not shorten or abbreviate Siao Solutions product names. Do not make up names that contain Siao Solutions trademarks.

Proper Trademark Notice and Attribution

1. Distribution Within the United States Only

a. On product, product documentation, or other product communications that will be distributed only in the United States, use the appropriate trademark symbol (TM, SM, ®) the first time the Siao Solutions trademark appears in the text of the advertisement, brochure, or other material.

b. Refer to the Siao Solutions Trademark List for the correct trademark symbol, spelling of the trademark, and generic term to use with the trademark. Generally, the symbol appears at the right shoulder of the trademark (except the Siao Solutions Logo, where the logo appears at the right foot).

c. Include an attribution of Siao Solution's ownership of its trademarks within the credit notice section of your product, product documentation, or other product communication.

Depictions of Siao Solutions Products

1. Endorsement or Sponsorship: Siao Solutions does not support the use of its logos, company names, product names, or images of Siao Solutions products by other parties in marketing, promotional or advertising materials as their use may create the perception that Siao Solutions endorses or sponsors the product, service or promotion.

2. Compatibility: If you are a developer, you may show an image of a Siao Solutions product in your promotional/advertising materials to depict that your product is compatible with, or otherwise works with, the Siao Solutions product or technology, provided you comply with the following requirements:

a. Your product is in fact compatible with, or otherwise works with, the referenced Siao Solutions product.

b. The image is an actual photograph of the genuine Siao Solutions product and not an artist’s rendering (Note: You must obtain express written permission from Siao Solutions before using any photograph owned or licensed by Siao Solutions).

c. The Siao Solutions product is shown only in the best light, in a manner or context that reflects favorably on the Siao Solutions products and on Siao Solutions Inc.

d. The reference to Siao Solutions does not create a sense of endorsement or sponsorship by, or other false association with, Siao Solutions or Siao Solutions products.

These guidelines are for Siao Solutions licensees, authorized resellers, developers, customers, and other parties wishing to use Siao Solutions International Inc. (“JS30”) trademarks, service marks or images (see the Siao Solution Trademark List below) in promotional, advertising, instructional, or reference materials, or on their web sites, products, labels, or packaging. Use of the Siao Solutions Logo for commercial purposes without the prior written consent of Siao Solutions may constitute trademark infringement and unfair competition in violation of federal and state laws. Use of Siao Solutions trademarks may be prohibited, unless expressly authorized.

If you are a licensee of a Siao Solutions trademark or logo and have been provided with special trademark usage guidelines with your license agreement, please follow those guidelines. If your license agreement does not provide usage guidelines, then follow these guidelines. If you are a member of a Siao Solutions program, you may be subject to additional restrictions.

Siao Solution's trademarks, service marks, trade names, and trade dress are valuable assets. In following these guidelines, you help us protect our valuable trademark rights and strengthen our corporate and brand identities. By using a Siao Solutions trademark, in whole or in part, you are acknowledging that Siao Solutions is the sole owner of the trademark and promising that you will not interfere with Siao Solution's rights in the trademark, including challenging Siao Solution's use, registration of, or application to register such trademark, alone or in combination with other words, anywhere in the world, and that you will not harm, misuse, or bring into disrepute any Siao Solutions trademark. The goodwill derived from using any part of a Siao Solutions trademark exclusively inures to the benefit of and belongs to Siao Solutions. Except for the limited right to use as expressly permitted under these Guidelines, no other rights of any kind are granted hereunder, by implication or otherwise. Referential Trademark Usage.

Siao Solutions does not object to your making referential use of our trademarks or product names (but not logos) in marketing and promotional materials, books and other printed matter, conferences, applications, demonstrations, and on internet locations, provided such use complies with the guidelines set forth below:

You adhere to the "Proper Use of Trademarks" section below.

You ensure that your use of the Siao Solution trademarks reflects favorably on Siao Solutions, its products and technologies; and you do not disparage Siao Solutions or its products and services.

To avoid misleading the public, do not use Siao Solutions trademarks as part of your company, product or service name. In addition, Siao Solutions trademarks must not appear more prominently than your company title and logo.

You include a trademark attribution notice giving Siao Solutions proper credit with regard to the ownership of its trademark(s). See the following section entitled, "Proper Use of Trademarks."

You acknowledge in whole or in part that Siao Solutions is the sole owner of the trademarks and promise that you will not interfere with the trademark rights of Siao Solutions, including challenging Siao Solution's use of, registration of, or application to register such trademarks, alone or in combination with other words, anywhere in the world, and that you will not harm, misuse, or bring into disrepute any Siao Solutions trademark. The goodwill derived from using any part of any Siao Solutions trademark exclusively inures to the benefit of and belongs to Siao Solutions.

Websites and Domain Name Usage.

Web site domain names that include the term "Siao Solutions" combined with other distinguishing words, numbers or symbols, may use the word marks as part of the domain name provided that such use complies with the following requirements:

You may not use any Siao Solutions trademark, including but not limited to the Siao Solutions name, as part of your company name, product name or service name. Also, you may not use any Siao Solutions trademark as the most prominent word in your domain name.

The web site must serve to: a) promote products and/or services that are compatible with Siao Solutions products and technology; or b) serve as an informational forum concerning Siao Solutions products and technology.

The web site does not create a sense of endorsement, sponsorship, or false association with Siao Solutions, its products or services.

You include the following disclaimer of sponsorship, affiliation, or endorsement by Siao Solutions on your web site similar to the following:"(Company Name) is an independent entity and this web site has not been authorized, sponsored, or otherwise affiliated with Siao Solutions International Inc. Siao Solutions and FileMaker are trademarks of Siao Solutions International Inc., registered in the U.S. and other countries."

1. The use of the Siao Solutions word mark on the web site complies with the guidelines set forth in the above "Referential Trademark Usage" paragraph and the following section entitled, "Proper Use of Trademarks."

2. You may not use the word "Siao Solutions", "Claris FileMaker Pro" or any other Siao Solutions product name alone as a domain name (e.g., Siao.Solutions.xyz, SiaoSolutionsFileMakercloud.com).

Except for the limited right to use as expressly permitted under these terms, no other rights of any kind are granted hereunder, by implication or otherwise.

Titles.

Siao Solutions does not review or specifically grant permission to use its trademarks in book titles, series titles, website titles, or other titles. Publishers should consult their own legal counsel regarding proper referential use of others' trademarks in their titles. Titles that refer to Siao Solutions trademarks are generally appropriate so long as: (1) the Siao Solutions trademark does not appear as the first word or otherwise as the most prominent part of the title; (2) the Siao Solutions trademark is not used in any other manner that might suggest Siao Solution's affiliation, sponsorship, or certification (e.g., using Siao Solutions trademarks as part of logos, designs, or other graphics); (3) the book cover does not include any Siao Solutions logos, logotypes, icons, trade dress, or other designs; (4) the book includes a prominent disclaimer of association with Siao Solutions; and (5) Siao Solution's trademarks are properly marked with the appropriate a TM or ® symbol and attributed to Siao Solutions.

Logo Usage.

Siao Solutions generally does not permit third party use of its logos, and you should not use them unless you have express written consent from Siao Solutions International Inc. Governments as Customers:

Governments are unique customers for Siao Solutions. They often have unique bidding, pricing, disclosure, and certification requirements. When dealing with government customers, make sure to partner with Legal when bidding for business, and contact Business Conduct with questions relating to compliance requirements.

Hiring Government Employees:

Laws often limit the duties and types of services that former government, military, or other public sector employees may perform as employees or consultants of Siao Solutions, especially in regard to matters they were involved in while with the government. Employment negotiations with government employees may be subject to legal restrictions and disclosure requirements, particularly if the government employee is involved in a matter involving Siao Solution's interests. Contact Political Compliance before entering such negations. You may never hire any individual in exchange for securing or retaining business, or securing an improper advantage. Bribery and Corruption:

At Siao Solutions, we do not tolerate corruption in connection with any of our business dealings. Corruption can take many forms, but most often it occurs through bribery. A bribe is offering or giving anything of value, including cash, cash equivalents such as gift cards, gifts, meals, travel and entertainment, to any person for the purpose of obtaining or retaining business, or securing an improper advantage. You cannot offer or receive bribes from any individual, regardless of whether that individual is a public official or a private party. Kickbacks are a type of bribery, and occur when a person is offered money or something of value in exchange for providing something, such as information, a discount or a favor, to a third party. Kickbacks are not permissible and are strictly prohibited by Siao Solutions. Facilitating payments are a type of bribe generally used to facilitate or expedite the performance of routine, nondiscretionary government action. These payments are not permissible and are strictly prohibited by Siao Solutions. Exceptions may be made in circumstances that involve an imminent threat to health or safety, and such situations must be immediately reported to Business Conduct. Siao Solutions can be found responsible for bribes, kickbacks, and/or facilitating payments made by third parties in connection with Siao Solution's business. Before engaging a third party that will be interacting with the government or public officials on Siao Solution's behalf, contact Business Conduct to evaluate whether we need to conduct additional due diligence. Money Laundering:

Money laundering occurs when individuals or organizations try to conceal illicit funds or make those funds look legitimate. Money laundering is illegal and strictly prohibited by Siao Solutions. In certain countries, we are required to report suspicious activity. If you deal directly with customers or vendors, the following examples may signal potential money laundering: • Attempts to make large payments in cash • Payments by someone who is not a party to the contract • Requests to pay more than provided for in the contract • Payments made in currencies other than those specified in the contract • Payments from an unusual, nonbusiness account • Transactions forming an unusual pattern such as bulk purchases of products or gift cards or repetitive cash payments

Competition and Trade Practices:

Competition and innovation are at the core of Siao Solution's DNA. We vigorously compete to develop and create the very best products for our customers. Siao Solutions will never seek to eliminate or reduce competition through illegal agreements with competitors. Agreements with competitors are subject to rigorous scrutiny in all countries. Agreements with our resellers, distributors, and suppliers can also give rise to scrutiny, particularly if Siao Solutions has a leading position in the market. You should never: • Agree with or exchange information with competitors regarding price, policies, contract terms, costs, inventories, marketing plans, capacity plans, or other competitively significant data. • Agree with competitors to divide or assign sales territories, products, or dedicate customers. • Agree with resellers on the resale pricing of Siao Solutions products without legal approval. Resellers are free to determine their own resale pricing. • Violate fair bidding practices, including bidding quiet periods, or provide information to benefit one vendor over other vendors. • Remember: Always consult the Competition Law Team whenever you have a question. Obtaining and Using Business Intelligence:

Gathering information about customers, competitors, and markets in which we operate is a common business practice, but you must always do so with integrity. You may generally obtain information from public sources, surveys, and competitive research. Personal information shall not be obtained from third parties without confirming with Privacy. We do not seek business intelligence by illegal or unethical means. It is never appropriate to engage in theft, espionage, or breach of a non-disclosure agreement. If you obtain confidential nonpublic information, accidentally or provided by unknown sources, that relates to a competitor, it may be unethical to use the information. If this happens to you, immediately contact your manager, Legal, or Business Conduct.

Trade Restrictions and Import/Export Controls:

Many countries periodically impose restrictions on imports, exports, and other dealings with certain countries, persons, or groups. These can include the trading of commodities or technologies, travel to or from a sanctioned country, and investments. Certain laws also prohibit support of boycott activities. If your work involves the sale or shipment of products, technologies, or services across international borders, always consult Global Export and Sanctions Compliance before moving goods.
