The SIAM TXLA 2025 Sectional Meeting will be held at the University of Texas at Austin, and is hosted by the Oden Institute for Computational Engineering and Sciences. The buildings in which the conference will be held are the Peter O'Donnell Jr Building (POB) and the neighboring Robert A. Welch Hall (WEL).

Note: the audio-visual system in each room of POB is controlled through a program on a laptop in the room.

We recommend booking early, as hotels can fill up quickly.

• 150 rooms at the AT&T conference center are reserved at $204/night. The deadline to book the rooms is August 27.

There is no free visitor parking on campus; the only available parking is at one of the parking garages. These are ticketed and billed based on the amount of time you are in the garage. The San Jacinto garage is the closest to the Peter O'Donnell Jr Building.

Because campus parking is very limited, we suggest parking off-campus (for example, at the AT&T conference center or your hotel) and using alternative transportation to get to campus (for example, the UT shuttle, bike or electric scooter rentals, or rideshare apps).
