Prior to founding Siam Supplement Co., Ltd., Prachya gained invaluable experience across various industries. He began his career as a Geophysicist at PTT Exploration and Production (PTTEP), a leading energy company specializing in natural resource exploration and production. During his tenure, he was involved in the application of advanced technology and data analysis in the exploration of natural resources, experiences which contributed to his analytical skills and problem-solving expertise. This foundation in technical and strategic thinking ultimately led him to pursue entrepreneurial ventures.

Subsequently, Prachya founded Shiro Group, a diversified company involved in the sale of high-quality food ingredients, managing Japanese and Thai restaurants, and operating a beverage business. These experiences provided him with a deep understanding of the food and beverage market and business operations, equipping him with the ability to adapt and respond to the evolving demands of the market.

In addition to his business ventures, Prachya has always had a keen interest in health research, which led him to explore the Chinese herbal medicine market. His passion for health sciences led to collaborations with prominent researchers in Thailand, sparking his transition into the health industry. This inspired him to fully commit to improving public health through the development of research-backed, effective health products.

Prachya Charasri graduated with a Bachelor's degree in Theoretical Physics from Chulalongkorn University, earning First-Class Honors (Gold Medal) and graduating first in his class.
