The conference will be held in the Hughes-Trigg Student Center on SMU main campus (map) located near downtown Dallas.

We negotiated conference rate for block rooms with the following hotels within walking distance to SMU campus, please reserve hotel rooms once your conference attendance is confirmed since there are only limited rooms subject to resevation deadline.

Note: Extended stay with conference rate is possible at Hotel Mockingbird, after booking the two-night conference stay, contact Reese Sydney (sreese@hotelmockingbirdtx.com) for extension. 

Hotel Parking: $20 per day at Hotel Mockingbird and Hotel Highland; $40 per day at the Graduate. If you have used hotel parking, it is recomanded to park at hotel and walk to the meeting place if your time and weather permit. 

Campus Parking: $12 per day guest parking at Binkley Parking Garage (Located at the southerwest corner of Airline rd and Binkley Ave); For up to 4 hours, hourly metered parking at the U4 Lot (use address: 3051 McFarlin Blvd).  See SMU Parking Map for details. 

Free Parking: Limited Free Parking around the Burleson Park after 5pm on M-F and anytime on Saturday and Sunday. It is two-hour free parking on M-F from 8-5p.
