SHYNERO AI provides AI-assisted skin-care information. It is not a medical service and does not replace professional medical advice.
Information we collect
We may collect account information such as email address, phone number or Google sign-in information; profile information such as name, age, gender and country; skin photographs submitted for analysis; chat messages; purchase and subscription status; and technical information required to operate and secure the app.
How we use information
We use this information to create and secure your account, provide skin analysis and chat features, personalise the service, manage subscriptions, respond to support requests, prevent abuse, and improve reliability.
Photos and AI analysis
Photos are used only when you choose to submit them for skin analysis. They may be processed by our AI service providers to provide the requested result. We do not use your photos for advertising.
Service providers
We use trusted service providers, including Firebase for authentication and data storage, Google Play for purchases, RevenueCat for subscription management, and AI service providers for analysis. These providers process data only to provide their services.
Data sharing
We do not sell personal data. We share data only with service providers needed to operate SHYNERO AI, when required by law, or to protect users and the service.
Permissions
The app requests camera or photo access to analyse images you choose, microphone access only for voice features you choose to use, and notification permission for reminders.
Data retention and deletion
We keep account data only as long as needed to provide the service. You can delete your account from within the app. You can also request deletion or ask privacy questions by contacting us at [SUPPORT EMAIL].
Security
We use reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect data, including encrypted connections. No internet service can guarantee absolute security.
Children
SHYNERO AI is not directed to children under 13.

Face and Skin Image Data
SHYNERO AI allows users to voluntarily provide or capture an image of their face for skin analysis. The app processes the submitted image to identify visible skin characteristics and provide AI-generated skincare insights and recommendations.
Data Collected:
We process facial/skin images voluntarily submitted by the user. These images are used solely to provide the skin analysis feature. SHYNERO AI does not use facial images for facial recognition, identity verification, authentication, advertising, or tracking.
Use of OpenAI:
To provide AI-powered skin analysis, the user’s submitted image may be securely transmitted to OpenAI’s API for processing. OpenAI acts as a third-party AI service provider for this functionality. The image is transmitted only for the purpose of generating the requested analysis and recommendations.
User Consent:
Images are submitted for AI analysis only after the user chooses to use the skin analysis feature and provides the image. Users are informed that their image will be processed using a third-party AI service before it is transmitted.
Storage and Retention:
SHYNERO AI does not intentionally retain facial images longer than necessary to provide the requested analysis. Images are not sold or used for advertising or user tracking. Data processed by third-party service providers may be subject to their applicable data retention and security practices.
OpenAI states that data submitted through its API is not used to train or improve its models by default unless the API customer explicitly opts in to data sharing. OpenAI may retain API data for limited periods for abuse monitoring and service operation depending on the API endpoint and configured data controls.
Data Sharing:
Facial/skin images are not sold to advertisers or data brokers. They may be shared with OpenAI solely as necessary to provide the requested AI analysis.
Deletion:
Users may request deletion of personal data associated with their SHYNERO AI account by contacting us or using any account deletion functionality provided within the app.
Purpose and Limitations:
SHYNERO AI’s skin analysis is intended for informational and cosmetic skincare purposes only. It does not use iPhone or iPad sensors to perform medical measurements, and the analysis should not be considered a medical diagnosis or a substitute for professional medical advice.
