Delivery:

• Pickup & Drop: Pickup and Drop service is available only in Bandra West.

• Delivery Regular Cleaning service delivery is within 3 working days.

•  Urgent delivery is by next day evening 7pm Same Day delivery is 7pm of the day the garments were handed in for cleaning if garments are handed in by 10am on the day.

•  Extra charges apply for Urgent and Same Day delivery. Weekly Off, Public Holidays are not counted while arriving at delivery date.

•  Minimum billing of Rs 500 is required for Free home pickup and delivery Service

•  Customers from other areas are welcome to use self pickup and drop.
  
  

Customer’s Risk:

•  All garments are accepted at the customer’s risk. 

• We are not liable for any damage during cleaning. 

• Color & Stains: We are not responsible for color bleeding or if stains cannot be removed despite our best efforts. Charges still apply. 

• Damage Identification: Damage may not be visible at drop-off. 

• We inspect garments at our facility but can’t guarantee all issues will be found before cleaning. 

• Reporting Damage: Any damage must be reported within 24 hours of receiving the garment. 

• Liability Limit: For lost or damaged items, our maximum liability is 5 times the cleaning cost per garment.

•  Uncollected Items & Valuables: We are not responsible for items left uncollected after 30 days or for any valuables left in garments. 

• Natural Disasters: We are not liable for loss or damage due to fire or natural calamities. Payment & Billing Terms Payment Methods: 

• We accept payments in Cash and UPI only for both home delivery and walk-in customers. 

• Billing for Home Pickup: Orders picked up from home will be billed at the store, and the bill will be sent via WhatsApp Or Bill.
