Shvas is a personal wellness tool designed to support emotional self-reflection. It is not a medical device and does not provide medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Use of the App does not create any professional relationship between you and the developer.
3. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Melonica Mohapatra shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential loss or damage arising from your use of Shvas. The App is provided on an “as is” basis without warranties of any kind.
4. Intellectual Property
All content within Shvas — including the 4-step framework, reframe libraries, pattern profiles, and breathwork content — is the intellectual property of Melonica Mohapatra and may not be reproduced, distributed, or used without prior written consent.
5. Changes to the App
We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the App at any time without notice.
6. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
