• Co-organizer, contributed minisymposiums at the 2021 Canadian Discrete and Algorithmic Mathematics Conference (CanaDAM). Three sessions for Algebraic and Combinatorial Approaches to Designs and Codes and two sessions for Practical Applications of Design Theory.

• Co-organizer, special session on Mathematics of Digital Communications at the 2021 Canadian Mathematical Society Winter Meeting.

• Co-organizer, invited minisymposium at the 2023 Canadian Discrete and Algorithmic Mathematics Conference (CanaDAM). Two sessions for Design Theory and Coding Theory.

• Organizer, weekly Discrete Mathematics Seminar at Simon Fraser University (SFU), Spring 2020.

• Organizer, weekly Discrete Mathematics Seminar at Simon Fraser University, Spring 2021. Including a special session sponsored by SFU Department of Mathematics, SFU Faculty of Science, and Pacific Institute for the Mathematical Sciences, discussing what we can do to build and contribute to mathematical communities that embrace everyone.

• Organizer, weekly Discrete Mathematics Seminar at Simon Fraser University, Summer 2021. Including a special session being part of the Round the World Relay in Combinatorics, an online gathering for discrete mathematicians across twenty-two time zones around the world, in which prominent combinatorialists delivered seminar talks.

• Member, the Equity, Diversity, and Inclusion Advisory Group at Department of Mathematics, Simon Fraser University, Nov. 2022 — Jun. 2023. The advisory group is a standing committee that works towards ensuring that the department is a safe, respectful, and inclusive working and learning environment.
