I am an Assistant Professor of Strategy at the Kelley School of Business, Indiana University.
I conducted my doctoral studies at The Wharton School, University of Pennsylvania. My research lies at the intersection of technology strategy, future of work, and emerging technologies (e.g. artificial intelligence, blockchain technology). My dissertation examines how novel governance structures enabled by blockchain technology transform exchange relationships on digital platform ecosystems. This research has been selected as Finalist for the 2024 INFORMS/Organization Science Dissertation Proposal Competition.
I am affiliated as a research fellow with the Mack Institute for Innovation Management, Wharton AI & Analytics Initiative, The Center for Human Resources at Wharton, and the Upwork Research Institute, Upwork Inc.Â
