The monthly maintenance charge for the Owner Occupant is ₹ 1000/–, for the Family Tenant Occupant is ₹ 1,300/–, and for Tenant Occupants staying in a group is ₹ 1800/– with effect from 1st April 2025. 

The maintenance charge has to be paid in quarterly mode (Jan-Mar, Apr-Jun, Jul-Sep, and Oct-Dec). The maintenance has to be paid in advance on or before the 15th of the first month of each quarter. 

To bring regularity in the maintenance payment, with effect from 1st April 2022, Rs. 100/– per month will be levied if maintenance is paid after the 15th of the Month. This was resolved during the Annual General Body Meeting held on 31-10-2021. 

The maintenance payments on a monthly basis will not be entertained.
