Dashboard Revamp
Coordinated an ongoing IT project between the clients, end-users, and developers. Recommend and implement changes to the initial signed-off design after understanding how and what the end-users needs from the solution.
The initial dashboard had more technical statistics which was not meaningful for other department use, the revamped dashboard processed the technical statistics and converted them into executable actions for the operational departments to add upon.
