Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms"), are entered into by and between Ryusuke Uchida (hereinafter referred to as "the Operator") and the users (hereinafter referred to as "Users") of the services (hereinafter referred to as "the Service") provided through this app. By using the app, Users agree to be bound by these Terms.

Article 1 (Applicability)

These Terms shall apply to all relations related to the use of the Service between the Users and the Operator.

Article 2 (Prohibited Actions)

Users shall not engage in the following actions while using the Service:

1. Acts that violate laws, regulations, or public morals.

2. Acts related to criminal activities.

3. Acts that may destroy or interfere with the functionality of the Operator's servers or network.

4. Acts that may interfere with the operation of the Service.

5. Collecting or accumulating any personal information of other Users.

6. Acts that directly or indirectly benefit anti-social forces in relation to the Operator’s services.

7. Any other acts deemed inappropriate by the Operator.

Article 3 (Suspension of Service)

The Operator may suspend or interrupt the provision of the Service in whole or in part without prior notice to Users under any of the following circumstances:

1. When performing maintenance, inspection, or updating of the computer system related to the Service.

2. When it becomes difficult to provide the Service due to force majeure such as earthquakes, lightning, fires, power outages, or natural disasters.

3. When computers or communication lines stop due to an accident.

4. When the Operator determines that it is difficult to provide the Service.

The Operator shall not be liable for any disadvantage or damage suffered by Users or third parties due to the suspension or interruption of the Service.

Article 4 (Disclaimer)

The Operator's liability for breach of contract shall be exempted except in cases of intentional or gross negligence by the Operator.

Even when the Operator is liable for any reason, the liability for compensation shall be limited to the scope of normally foreseeable damages and, in the case of paid services, to the amount of the fee paid.

The Operator shall not be responsible for any transactions, communications, or disputes arising between the User and other Users or third parties regarding the Service.

Article 5 (Changes to the Service)

The Operator may change the contents of the Service or discontinue providing the Service without notifying the Users, and shall not be liable for any damage caused to the Users thereby.

Article 6 (Amendment of Terms)

The Operator may amend these Terms at any time without notifying the Users if deemed necessary.

Article 7 (Notification or Communication)

Notifications or communications between the User and the Operator shall be made in the manner prescribed by the Operator.

Article 8 (Prohibition of Assignment)

Users may not transfer or provide as security any rights or obligations under the usage contract or these Terms without the written consent of the Operator.

Article 9 (Governing Law and Jurisdiction)

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Japan.

In the event of any dispute arising in relation to the Service, the court having jurisdiction over the location of the Operator shall have exclusive jurisdiction.
