This Privacy Policy explains how Tukracraft ("we", "us", or "our") handles information in connection with the ShubhBio mobile application ("the App"), available on Google Play for Android devices. ShubhBio is a tool that helps you create, format, export, and share marriage biodatas on your own device.
We have designed ShubhBio around a simple principle: your personal information stays on your device. The App is built to work offline and does not require you to create an account, sign in, or send your biodata content to us or to any server we control.
This Policy describes the limited information involved when you use the App, how it is used, the choices you have, and your rights under applicable law, including the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 (India) and other data-protection laws that may apply to you. Please read it carefully. By downloading, installing, or using the App, you acknowledge that you have read and understood this Policy.
For your convenience, here is the short version. The full sections below control in case of any conflict.
ShubhBio works offline and stores the biodata details and photos you add only on your device.
We do not collect, transmit to our servers, sell, rent, or trade your personal data.
We do not require an account, login, name, email, or phone number to use the App.
The App requests only the device permissions needed to add photos and save or share your biodata, and only when you use those features.
If and when you make an in-app purchase, it is processed by Google Play Billing. We never see or store your card or payment-instrument details.
Google may collect basic, aggregated crash and performance data (Android vitals) automatically; this is governed by Google's policies, not ours.
We collect anonymous, aggregated usage analytics (which features are used, how often) to help improve the App — never your biodata or personal details, and with no advertising identifier.
You can delete your content at any time inside the App, and uninstalling the App removes its data from your device.
"Personal data" / "personal information" means any information relating to an identified or identifiable individual.
"Biodata content" means the details you enter (such as name, date and place of birth, height, education, occupation, family and community information, and any contact details you choose to add) and any photo you add to create a biodata.
"Device" means the Android phone or tablet on which you have installed the App.
"On-device" / "local" means stored within the App's storage on your Device, not on any server controlled by us.
"Google Play" means the Google Play store and the associated Google Play services and Google Play Billing operated by Google LLC and its affiliates.
ShubhBio is built to be local-first and offline-first. The App's core functions — creating, editing, formatting, previewing, exporting, and saving biodatas — are performed entirely on your Device and do not need an internet connection. We deliberately do not operate user accounts or a content backend, which means there is no central database of your biodata content for us to hold, lose, or be compelled to disclose.
When you use ShubhBio, you may enter biodata content and add a photo so the App can generate your biodata. This biodata content is:
Stored locally on your Device, within the App's own storage, so that you can save, reopen, edit, duplicate, export, and share your biodatas;
Not transmitted to us or to any server we operate; and
Under your control — you decide what to enter, what to keep, what to delete, and with whom (if anyone) you share the finished biodata.
You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you enter and for ensuring that you have the right to use any photo you add (see the Terms of Service).
To be explicit, the App (as distributed by us) does not:
collect your name, email address, phone number, or postal address for our own use;
require or operate any account, login, or user profile on our systems;
transmit your biodata content or photos to us or to any third party;
contain advertising networks or advertising identifiers;
contain marketing or advertising (ad-tracking) SDKs;
track your precise or device location (we do not use GPS or location services);
sell, rent, trade, or share your personal data for advertising or marketing.
Note: the App does collect anonymous usage analytics (see Section 9). It does not collect the categories listed above.
The App may ask your permission to access certain features of your Device. Permissions are requested only when needed for a feature you choose to use, and the data accessed is used solely on your Device for that purpose. Depending on your Android version, these may include:
Photos and media / storage (read): so you can select a photo from your gallery to add to a biodata. On newer Android versions this uses the system photo picker or granular media permissions.
Storage / files (write): so you can save your exported biodata (for example, as a PDF or image) to your Device.
Notifications (optional): so the App can send you occasional reminders (for example, to finish or share a biodata). You can turn these off at any time in your Device settings.
You can grant or revoke these permissions at any time through your Device's system settings. If you decline a permission, the related feature may not function, but the rest of the App will continue to work.
ShubhBio may offer one or more optional paid features (for example, removing the watermark from your exported biodata). If and when you make such a purchase:
The transaction is processed by Google Play Billing. We do not receive, see, or store your payment-card number, bank details, or other payment-instrument information.
Google may share with us limited, non-sensitive transaction information (such as a purchase token, the product purchased, order identifier, and purchase status) so that we can deliver and verify your entitlement to the paid feature. Your entitlement is recorded on your Device.
Your payment information is handled by Google under Google's Privacy Policy and Google Play terms, not by us.
For refund-related terms, please see the Refund Policy in our Terms of Service.
Usage analytics. To understand how features are used and improve the App, ShubhBio collects anonymous, aggregated usage analytics using Google Analytics for Firebase. This records app events (for example, which features you open and how often), associated with an anonymous analytics identifier — a randomly generated app-installation ID that resets if you reinstall or clear the App's data. It is not your advertising ID and not a hardware/device identifier. Google may also derive an approximate region (such as country or state) from your connection's IP address. This analytics data never includes your biodata content, name, photos, contact details, religion or community, or any personal details — those remain only on your Device. No advertising identifier is collected, and the data is never used for advertising.
Crash and performance (Android vitals). Separately, when you obtain or run an app from Google Play, Google may automatically collect aggregated crash logs, application-not-responding (ANR) events, and basic performance metrics (commonly known as "Android vitals"). This information is collected and processed by Google in accordance with Google's policies, helps identify stability problems, and is generally provided to us only in an aggregated, de-identified form. We do not control Google's collection of this information.
Because your biodata content stays on your Device, we do not use it ourselves. The limited information described above is used only to:
provide the App's features that you have chosen to use (creating, saving, exporting, and sharing biodatas);
deliver and verify any paid feature you purchase through Google Play;
understand and fix crashes and stability issues (via Google's aggregated vitals); and
comply with legal obligations and enforce our Terms of Service.
We do not use your information for advertising, profiling, or automated decision-making that produces legal or similarly significant effects.
We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal data, and we do not share your biodata content. Sharing happens only in these limited ways:
You share, you decide. When you export or share a biodata (for example, to WhatsApp, email, or another app), you choose the recipient and the destination app. The App does not transmit your content on its own. Once shared, the receiving app or recipient handles the content under their own terms and policies.
Service providers. We rely on Google Play (including Google Play Billing and Google Play services) to distribute the App and process purchases. Their handling of information is governed by Google's policies.
Legal and safety. We may disclose information if required to do so by law, regulation, legal process, or governmental request, or where we believe in good faith that disclosure is necessary to protect our rights, your safety or the safety of others, or to investigate fraud or abuse. In practice, because we do not hold your biodata content, we have little or no such information to disclose.
Business transfers. If our business or app is involved in a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets, any information we hold may be transferred as part of that transaction, subject to this Policy.
The App operates within the Google Play ecosystem and uses Google Play services and Google Play Billing. These services are provided by Google and governed by Google's own privacy policy and terms, available at:
Google Privacy Policy: https://policies.google.com/privacy
Google Play Terms of Service: https://play.google.com/about/play-terms/
Google Analytics for Firebase (provided by Google) — used for the anonymous usage analytics described in Section 9; governed by the Google Privacy Policy above.
When you choose to share a finished biodata to another application (such as a messaging or email app), that application's privacy policy and terms will apply to the content you send through it.
We care about protecting your information. Because your biodata content is stored locally, its security is closely tied to the security of your Device. We encourage you to protect your Device with a screen lock, keep your operating system updated, and use the App's own delete features for content you no longer want. No method of electronic storage is completely secure; while we take reasonable measures within the App, we cannot guarantee the absolute security of data stored on your Device or transmitted by you to other apps.
Your biodata content remains on your Device for as long as you keep it. You are in control of retention and deletion:
You can delete any individual biodata from within the App at any time.
You can clear the App's data through your Device's system settings.
Uninstalling the App removes the App and its locally stored data from your Device.
We do not keep a copy of your biodata content, so there is nothing for us to retain or delete on our side. The anonymous usage analytics and any aggregated diagnostic data collected by Google are retained by Google under Google's policies; because this data is anonymous and the analytics identifier resets when you reinstall or clear the App's data, it cannot be used to identify you.
ShubhBio is intended for adults (18 years of age or older) who are preparing marriage biodatas, and is not directed at children. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children. If you believe a child has used the App in a way that requires our attention, please contact us at tukracraft.app@gmail.com.
ShubhBio is offered primarily for users in India, but may be available in other regions. Because your biodata content is processed on your Device, it is not transferred by us across borders. Where Google services are involved (distribution, billing, and aggregated diagnostics), any processing or transfer is carried out by Google under Google's policies and applicable safeguards.
Depending on where you live and the laws that apply to you (including the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 in India, and comparable laws elsewhere), you may have rights such as the right to access, correct, update, or delete personal data, and to withdraw consent. Because ShubhBio stores your content on your Device and we do not hold it:
You can exercise these rights directly within the App and through your Device — by viewing, editing, or deleting your content, and by managing or revoking permissions in your Device settings.
The usage analytics we collect is anonymous and not linked to your identity; you can reset its identifier at any time by reinstalling the App or clearing its data.
You can stop all processing by the App at any time by uninstalling it.
If you believe we hold any personal information about you and you wish to exercise a right in relation to it, contact us using the details below and we will respond within a reasonable time and as required by applicable law.
If you have questions, concerns, or complaints about privacy or this Policy, you may contact us at:

We will acknowledge and address grievances in accordance with applicable law, including the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023, and the Information Technology Act, 2000 and the rules made thereunder, where applicable.
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time, for example to reflect changes to the App, to our practices, or to legal requirements. When we do, we will revise the "Effective date" above and post the updated Policy on this page. Significant changes may also be indicated within the App. Your continued use of the App after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised Policy. We encourage you to review this page periodically.
By using ShubhBio, you consent to the handling of information as described in this Privacy Policy.
