I’m Shubham S. Jadhav, an enthusiastic Automation and Robotics Engineer with a passion for creating intelligent systems that bridge the gap between technology and real-world impact.
Over the years, I’ve gained hands-on experience across diverse roles in the UK and India, contributing to real-world automation challenges in both R&D and industrial settings. At Advanced Innovative Engineering UK, I am currently leading automation efforts for UAV engine assembly designing end-to-end systems using collaborative robots (Cobots), Siemens PLCs, and vision systems to drive manufacturing efficiency and precision. Prior to this, at PYM and Wildsmith Ltd, I developed an automated powder coating process, replacing manual operations with robotic arms to streamline production. My journey began at Robosync India, where I worked extensively on robotics, IoT, and embedded systems, laying a solid foundation in smart technologies.
Throughout my career, I’ve combined this practical expertise with academic excellence, earning a Master’s degree in Robotics and Smart Technologies from Staffordshire University. My standout achievement includes developing a brain-computer interface-controlled robotic arm an innovative project focused on accessibility for individuals with disabilities. Proficient in tools like FANUC, Universal Robots, AutoCAD, and programming languages such as Python, C++, and MATLAB, I thrive at the intersection of technology, creativity, and impactful problem-solving.
