3. Orders & Payments

• Orders can be placed via our website, phone, email, or through in-person consultation.
  
  

• All projects require an 80% advance payment before work begins.
  
  

• The remaining 10% payment must be made after the project is completed or upon product dispatch.
  
  

• We reserve the right to cancel or delay processing if advance payment is not received.
  
  

• Prices are subject to change at any time without prior notice.
  
  

• Accepted payment methods include: Cash, Bank Transfer, UPI, or other approved modes.
  
  

4. Cancellations & Refunds

• Orders cannot be canceled once processing or production has started.
  
  

• Refunds will only be issued if Shubham Graphic Solutions fails to deliver the agreed service.
  
  

• If you are dissatisfied with the delivered service, you must notify us within 48 hours of delivery for possible resolution or support.
  
  

5. Delivery & Turnaround Time

• Estimated delivery time will be provided at the time of order confirmation.
  
  

• We strive to meet deadlines but are not liable for delays due to unforeseen circumstances such as power failure, technical issues, or material shortages.
  
  

• We are also not responsible for delays caused by third-party delivery services.
  
  

6. Intellectual Property

• All custom designs and print content created by Shubham Graphic Solutions remain our intellectual property unless a written agreement states otherwise.
  
  

• Clients must ensure they have legal rights to use any third-party images, logos, or content submitted for printing.
  
  

7. Limitation of Liability

• We are not responsible for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use of our services.
  
  

• Errors arising from customer-supplied material (e.g., misspellings, incorrect colors, wrong dimensions) are the sole responsibility of the customer.
