My favorite movies
I am a real nerd about movies that blend philosophy, science-fiction, and romance together. Most of the movies in the below list deal with themes surrounding existential questions, the meaning, and purpose of 'life,' agency, choices, and experiences. Suggestions are most welcome.

The Matrix (1999, English)
Mr. Nobody (2009, English)
Anand (1971, Hindi)
Solaris (1972, Russian)
Good Will Hunting (1997, English)
Crouching Tigers, Hidden Dragons (2000, Chinese)
The Shawshank Redemption (1994, English)
12 Angry men (1957, English)
The Pianist (2002, English)
Life is Beautiful (1997, Italian)
Blade Runner (1982, English)
Ex Machina (2014, English)
Ship of Theseus (2012, Indic)
Prometheus (2012, English)
Predestination (2014, English)
Wild Tales (2014, Spanish)
Eternal Sunshine of Spotless Mind (2004, English)
Chupke-Chupke (1975, Hindi)
Vertigo (1958, English)
The Handmaiden (2016, Korean)
The Pursuit of Happyess (2006, English)
Pyasa (1954, Hindi)
Taxi Driver (1976, English)
Triangle (2009, English)
Guide (1965, Hindi)
P.S. According to me, the 2001: A Space Odyssey remains the greatest movie ever made. Hats off to legendary director Mr. Stanely Kubric for giving us the opportunity to see visual grandeur of his cinematography, the ambiguity of emotions in movie's characters, and the uncertainty with which the humankind lives each day.
