I'm a Data Scientist in the Core Ads Growth team at Meta currently. I got my Ph.D. in Behavioral Decision Research under supervision of Professor Russell Golman and Professor Stephen Broomell in the Department of Social and Decision Sciences at Carnegie Mellon University.
I'm interested in developing and applying interdisciplinary methods from decision analysis, operations research, statistics and machine learning to model managerial decision problems, building theory for improving the reliability of managerial decision making, and providing decision makers with prescriptive solutions to improve their decision-making.
The focus of my research is on investigating the theoretical basis of the wisdom of crowds to identify better ways to apply it to a variety of topics, including collective intelligence, crowd sourcing, pooling opinions in large-scale social networks, super-forecasting, and further extensive areas such as expert elicitation and risk analysis.
