Shu (Sue) Deng

I am an Assistant Professor of Management at the University of Mississippi (Ole Miss). My research focuses on innovation management, technology-based entrepreneurship, and the creative industries. My work has appeared in Organization Science, Strategic Entrepreneurship Journal, and the Journal of International Business Studies. 

I hold a Ph.D. in Management from the University of Texas at Dallas and a B.A. in Corporate Finance from Nanjing University.

I live in Oxford, MS, with my husband JiHoon, our baby girl Senna, and our fur baby Snowy.
