ABOUT THE TEAM 

Katherine Sedlock (Director/Choreographer/Costumer) "K.Sed" is a Shelton High School Alumni and attended Southern Connecticut State University. In 2012, she assisted her professor Larry Nye in choreographing the finale number to the 86th annual Macy's Thanksgiving Day Parade in NYC. SHS Director/Choreo Credits Include: Bye Bye Birdie, The Little Mermaid, Bring it On, Legally Blonde, Chicago, Seussical, Rock of Ages, Anything Goes, & Mamma Mia! She also serves as a Director/Choreo at Center Stage Theatre and Christian Heritage School. Recent Sondheim Awards: Best Direction (Rock of Ages), Best Choreography(Seussical), & Best Choreography (Legally Blonde). When not doing theater, she enjoys her job in The Office of Teaching & Learning at the Shelton Public Schools Central Office. 

Fiona Bryson (Musical Director) Fiona is a Shelton High School alumni with a B.S. in Psychology from Boston University and a Masters in the Art of Teaching from Sacred Heart University. SHS Musical Director Credits Include: Footloose, Addams Family, Bye Bye Birdie, The Little Mermaid, Bring it On, Legally Blonde, Chicago, Seussical, Rock of Ages, Anything Goes, & Mamma Mia!

Joe Sedlock (Club Advisor) Joe, a retired Shelton Public Schools P.E. teacher, of 30 years, is the Drama Club Advisor. Along with serving as the club advisor, currently works at SHS as the I.S.S Teacher. After coaching basketball  for 30+, he decided to give theater a try and he has been the Drama Club Advisor since 2008. Recently, "Joe-Sed" received the Special Achievement Award at the 2025 Stephen Sondheim Awards!
