Nathan Culp
Originally from Rock Hill, SC Mr. Culp is a graduate of Northwestern High School. After leaving high school, Mr. Culp traveled down to Coastal Carolina University where he received a Bachelors of Arts in Music, and a Masters in Arts and Teaching. Currently, Mr. Culp is in his second year as the Band Director of Seneca High School. Previously, he has served as the assistant band director at Laurens District 55 High School.
Mr. Culp is an avid percussionist who has performed with the Coastal Carolina University Symphonic Band, Wind Ensemble, World Percussion Ensemble, Percussion Ensemble, and Choirs along with Oconee Winds and was a featured soloist with the Foothills Chorale. Mr. Culp was a cast member of Coastal Surge Drum and Bugle Corp.
In his free-time Mr. Culp enjoys spending time with his friends and family, going to the mountains, and playing disc golf.

Charlotte Tanner
Charlotte Tanner serves as the Director of Bands at Seneca Middle School and the Assistant Band Director for Seneca High School. Ms. Tanner earned her Bachelor's in Music Education and Flute Performance from Anderson University, and she is currently pursuing her Master's in Music Education at The American Band College from Central Washington University. Charlotte spent her first two years of teaching in Greenwood, SC at Emerald High School and Westview Middle School where the band went to the 2A State Marching Band Championships for the first and second time in school history, reinstated jazz band, established the Winterguard program.
At Seneca Middle, Ms. Tanner teaches 6th-8th grade bands, Symphonic Band, and Jazz Bands as well as marching band and several of the chamber ensembles at Seneca Middle and Seneca High School. In her free time, Ms. Tanner enjoys gardening, reading, cooking, and performing with the Oconee Winds community band and the Anderson University Wind Symphony.
