It's about starting from where you are and reaching new heights
But mostly, it's about YOU and your unique ideas blending with the ideas of others to create something even more beautiful.
In Drama @Shaftesbury, we explore a variety of dramatic practices from various times and places.
Be prepared to...
Improvise with ingenuity,
Emote with authenticity, and
React with flexibility.
We will explore the many facets of Dramatic Arts from history and theory to practice, gaining a well-rounded understanding of craft from an onstage perspective as well as the creative processes that make up the theatrical environment.
