The organization was established on September 12, 2022, with seven core members to assist and aid the Teleradyo Marcelo crew in the promotion of engaging activities for the Del Pilarians. After the creation, the core members decided to conduct a member search maintaining the quote "quality over quantity". Many qualified students decided to try their luck but only the best-of-the-best were included in the organization. The members are exposed to a fast-paced work environment as their first live stream occurred three days after the SHS Media Bureau was created.
