I am an Assistant Professor in the Department of Computer Science and Engineering at SRM University-AP, with a strong research background at the intersection of Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, and Bioinformatics. I completed my doctoral research at the Centre for Computational and Data Sciences, Indian Institute of Technology Kharagpur, under the supervision of Dr. Pralay Mitra.

My research interests focus on developing AI-driven computational approaches for solving challenging problems in biomedical and biological sciences. My work spans protein design and engineering, protein-protein interactions, drug discovery, biomarker discovery, and predictive modeling. I am particularly interested in leveraging machine learning and deep learning to extract meaningful insights from complex biological data and develop computational solutions with potential applications in healthcare and precision medicine.

In addition to research, I am passionate about teaching and mentoring students in areas including machine learning, deep learning, artificial intelligence, data science, and computational biology. I aim to foster an interdisciplinary research environment that brings together computational methods and biological sciences to address real-world challenges in healthcare.
