I am a dedicated and passionate Ph.D. research scholar at the Center for Computational and Data Sciences, Indian Institute of Technology, Kharagpur, working under the supervision of Dr.Pralay Mitra, where I explore the exciting intersection of machine learning and bioinformatics. My research focuses on three pivotal areas with immense potential for improving human health and understanding biological systems: protein design, protein-protein interactions, and drug discovery.
