1. Check-In and Check-Out

• Early check-in or late check-out is subject to availability and may incur extra charges.
  
  

2. Booking and Payment

• Full payment is required to confirm the booking.
  
  

• Accepted payment methods will be informed at the time of booking.
  
  

• All rates are per room/per night unless stated otherwise.
  
  

3. Cancellation and Refund Policy

• No-shows are non-refundable.
  
  

4. Guest Identification

• All guests must provide valid government-issued identification at check-in.
  
  

• Only registered guests are allowed to stay overnight.
