Here, you can see some pictures I've taken that I'm fond of. As I've mentioned, I'm into animal photography (even though I don't have any pretenses of doing it professionally) and I thought it'd be nice to share some of them.
My camera is a pretty amateurish model I inherited from my mother: Fujifilm FinePix S4000.

A chick of Nyctibius griseus. The infamous pootoo or, how we generally call them around these parts, "urutau". I say generally because they have another, prettier name that's also fairly common: "Mãe da lua" [Mother of the moon].

Anhinga anhinga, male. A somewhat uncommon case of clear sexual dimorphism. Likes to show off his wings to anyone who's willing to stop by and look.

Butorides striata. By far my favorite bird. A couple lived at the nature conservation park I used to frequent, and I always stopped to photograph them.
