Shri Vijay Nalgirkar
Shri Vijay Nalgirkar, an instrument of Mother’s Divine Love ever since 1984.
We saw him as an instrument in his role as Delhi’s State leader, conducting weekly collective sessions at the center, as the Pujari for Pujas, and coordinating some of the biggest public programs in Ramlila Maidan and Nehru Stadium in Delhi. That was the time Sahaja Yogis grew exponentially in and around Delhi. Preparing the New Temple for Shri Mataji’s arrival, becoming a charioteer (driver) of Shri Mataji’s car (for Shri Mataji, all traffic signals showed green wherever She travelled within the Indian capital).
With his coordination many Birthday Pujas and Pujas at the start of India tours in Delhi were held. All these events were appreciated as ‘Yashashwee’ by our Divine Mother.
We saw him becoming the Pujari of many International Pujas in the Sakshat presence of our Holy Mother, both as a National and an International Leader.
He has been a Trustee in many Trusts of Sahaja Yoga in India ranging from 6 to as long as 18 years. We saw him driving the construction of the New Temple in Delhi, and completing the construction of Nirmal Dham in less than 3 months to host Shri Mataji’s 77th Birthday Puja. He was also responsible for the construction of Mother’s Abode in Palam Vihar, and Vishwa Nirmala Prem Ashram in Noida.
Then we saw him chanting sacred hymns as Pandit, sitting at the Lotus Feet of Shri Adi Shakti Herself during many Sahaja Marriages, in India as well as in Cabella.
For many years he has been a Member of the Sahaja Yoga World Council, a Director on the Board of the Sahaja Yoga World Foundation, a Director on the Board of NIPC (Nirmal Intellectual Property Corporation) of Sahaja Yoga (International), and an Advisor and member of the International Sahaja Yoga Marriages Committee.
All these appointments were blessed and done by Shri Mataji Herself.

Dr Madhur Rai is a medical practitioner who has diversified into Mind- Body Medicine and spent decades of dedicated work in scientifically researching and practically treating patients with Sahaja Yoga methods.
She is currently an Assistant Professor in the department of Physiology, at the MGM Institute of Health Sciences, Navi Mumbai. Concurrently, she is the prime Investigator of a research program on Sahaja Yoga in the same department.
She did her Bachelors in Medicine and Surgery (MBBS) from Siddhartha Medical College, Vijaywada and MD in Physiology from MGM Medical College, Navi Mumbai.
Thereafter, she worked in the departments of Gynaecology and Pediatrics in Hyderabad and Delhi.
It was while working in the Post Graduate Department of Physiology at the well known Lady Hardinge Medical College & Hospital, New Delhi, India that she started her research work under the guidance of Professor U.C.Rai. As the Head of Department, Professor U.C,Rai was involved in conducting pioneering research in Sahaja Yoga .
Later, she moved to Navi, Mumbai where she became Chief Medical Officer and Chief Executive Officer of the globally renowned, International Sahaja Yoga Research & Health Centre. Patients visit this Centre from more than 120 countries seeking treatment with Sahaja Yoga methods. Here she dedicated more than 13 years, working with her team of doctors, treating thousands of patients with Sahaja Yoga methods of using Divine Vibrations.
Furthermore, she was a Medical Administrator in the Mahatma Gandhi Mission Institute of Health Sciences, Navi Mumbai., This is a 1000 bedded hospital offering education in tertiary care.
She has been invited to several countries to spread the knowledge and technique of Sahaja Yoga Meditation. She has also been a guest speaker at Global Medical Conferences sponsored by the United Nations and the World Health Organization. Her travels include Germany, USA, Italy, Russia, Malaysia, Singapore, Dubai, Sri lanka, Muscat and more.
The Conferences of the Association of Physicians of India are one of the largest Conferences of Medical Specialists in the World. She has been invited as a distinguished guest speaker to these conferences where she has presented her work on Sahaja Yoga.
Travelling extensively in India to various Health Seminars and Conferences, she has made numerous scientific presentations on Sahaja Yoga; making people aware of the health benefits of Sahaja Yoga. Besides these, she also conducts camps and interactive sessions in Mumbai to spread the Divine Knowledge of Sahaja Yoga for the benefit of humanity at large.
She was also a guest speaker at BRICS International Forum in Moscow, where she spoke on Sahaja Yoga. The Program was well attended by ambassadors, delegates and government-officials of BRICS Nations (Brazil, Russia, India, China, South Africa) Her program was well appreciated for its unique experience by all those who attended the program.
As a regular contributor to 'Medicine Update', She has authored several chapters to its many editions.

Milind has completed MA in Music as well obtained Sangit Visharad and diploma in journalism. Currently he is a Music Teacher in Government Sangit Academy at Pimpri Chinchwad Corporation in Pune.
Milind is a Harmonium Player, Semi Classical Vocalist and Violinist. He has also worked as a motivational speaker and provided counselling for youth and all. Milind has specially worked on music and spirituality through Sahaja Yoga Meditation.
There are 7 CDs has been released about divotional songs in Sahaja Yoga.
Milind has learnt the music from his Guru Pandit Wamanrao Dhawanjewar from Amarawati.

Mr. Liu Jian
Mr. Liu Jian
During his youth, Liu Jian studied with Mr. Xiong Kai Hua, a Guqin master of the Sichuan school. Later, he went on to learn from various masters, and followed Mr. Li Tianhuan to study the traditional Jiuyi Qin music. It’s musical style is simple and steady, and contains philosophical musings. Liu Jian won the silver medal in the adult category of the first Dunhuang Cup Guqin Competition. In 2018, he successfully gave a Guqin Solo Concert titled "Mountain & Sea" at the Guangdong Cultural Center theatre. In 2019, he was awarded the honorary title of "Excellent Musician in Southern China" by the Provincial Cultural Center.

‘Pt. Dhananjay Rambhau Dhumal’ was born in 1975 in Bhagur Maharashtra. His interest in Music Direction as well as playing classical music in keyboard. He is all rounder musician. He play Keyboard,Tabla as well as Harmonium. At the stage of 2 years he started to play harmonium. The notes of music created by him became more vibrational when he found himself more near to spirituality through Sahaja yoga. He known as ‘Master Of Music ‘since childhood. Through his regular practice of music and meditation by Sahaja yoga. He came in ‘Sahaja yoga’ in 1993 and also performed in front of ‘H.H. Shree Mataji Nirmala Devi’. He was able to find out the presence of such an artist first and foremost makes the atmosphere full of joy divine and enthusiasm. Then the music becomes a carrier of vibrations. The divine through the artist as a medium and music as a carrier awakes primordial energy which takes the listeners in the thoughtless awareness and attains the highest point in’Param Chaitanya’or all pervading power of divine love.

Shakthidhar was fascinated by the Baansuri in his early childhood. He started his initial training under Pt. K S Naik for 8 years who laid a strong foundation of techniques and basics of music. Later he was invited to teach Flute at the Late PK Salve Academy of Music and Fine Arts, Nagpur. During this time he learnt under eminent violinist of Nagpur, Pt. Prabhakar Dhakde and had guidance in the instrumental style from Sitarist Sri Avaneendra Sheolikar.
Shakthidhar had the privilege of listening to Pt. Rajendra Prasanna at a concert in Nagpur. Touched by the sweetness and Gayaki ang presentation of Panditji he decided to shift to Delhi and learn from Panditji. He learnt under Pt. Rajendra Prasanna in the traditional Gurushishya Parampara for 9 years and still continues to learn from Panditji.
Shakthidhar has won many prizes and awards among them the prominent are Bangalore University Music competition 1st Prize 1997 and 1998; 1st Prize at the All India Flute competition organized by Sahara India Parivar, Lucknow in 2001; Central Government HRD Scholarship for two years from 2002-2004; 1st Prize at the UP Sangeet Natak Academy competition 2003, Lucknow.
Apart from wining competitions he has also been performing at various platforms around the country since 1998. Shakthidhar worked as visiting Music faculty at British School in New Delhi. He also provides Consultancy services to Music software company Swarsystems, Switzerland that is an industry standard for sample tones of Indian Musical Instruments.

Born on the 29th of July, 1983, Koushik was initiated into classical music early in his childhood by his parents. But it was only as a young boy that he underwent training in Hindustani classical music under Shri Humayun Harlapur for several years.
Koushik’s talent and dedication brought him, from his native town Tirthahalli to Bangalore, where he undertook a graduate course in business management. He was accepted as a disciple by Pt. Parameshwar Hegde, who is the foremost disciple of the Late Padmabhushan Pt. Basavaraj Rajguru. Pt. Parameshwar Hegde, who is a leading exponent of Kirana, Gwalior & Patiala Gharanas, nurtured and honed Koushik’s abilities in Khayal gayaki and set him on his way to becoming a promising artist. Besides imbibing Pt. Hegde’s impressive traits in his music, Koushik has also created a distinct style of his own in his renditions of Khayal, Bhajan, Marathi Abhang and Natyageet.
Koushik Aithal is a prominent artist of the younger generation. He has been honoured by several institutions, including a scholarship by the Govt. of India and Promising Artist Award by the ITC Sangeet Research Academy in 2006. Koushik proved his prowess to peers and masters in All India Radio national level Hindustani music competition, by winning the prestigious first prize. He is a graded artist of Doordarshan and All India Radio, both premier national broadcasting organizations. Even as a young artist, Koushik has performed across the country extensively. Besides regular concerts in Bangalore, Mysore, Mangalore, Dharwad and other cities in his home state, Karnataka, he has performed in cities like Mumbai,jaipur, Delhi,Bhopal,Kolkata,agra,Chennai, Chandigarh, Kolhapur, latur and Banaras. Some of the prestigious stages where Koushik has performed include NCPA in Mumbai, the Malhaar Utsav at the Bharatiya Sangeet Vidyalaya, Devnandan Ubhayakar Yuva Sangeet Utsav in Bangalore , Mallikarjun Mansur Pratisthan in Dharwad, saltlake festival Kolkata, pracheen kala Kendra Chandigarh, ninad agra, dhwani festival by kidney foundation, Bangalore, sawai gandharva festival kundagol etc.
In 2010, his debut classical Album ‘Aarohi’ was released. The recent classical album has been released in 2014. Koushik has conducted several musical workshops in Bangalore in prestigious institutions like Ranga Shankara and MES Kishora Kendra. Koushik has also lent his vocal support to dance recitals. He has accompanied artists in Indian classical dance forms like Kathak and also contemporary styles. He has performed for the illustrious Akram khan company,London in their India tour and Edinburgh international festival, SCOTLAND in the year 2014. Koushik has worked with the well-known contemporary musician Arun shenoy in his track bliss which was recently featured in GRAMMY FIRST LOOK by the prestigious RECORDING ACADEMY.
Koushik being a post graduate in music has conducted many workshops for the children and teaching Hindustani classical vocals for more than a decade.

And above all, Guru and Mentor of hundreds of renowned as well as budding artists and musicians in the country. All in one name, that is ‘Surmani’ Pandit Prabhakar Balaji Dhakde.
Perhaps one of the living examples for the handicapped people, who did not accept his blindness, but on the contrary accepted the challenges of life. Pt. Prabhakar Dhakde has already established himself as a renowned musician in India and abroad, where his music performance, particularly the VIOLIN recital has been highly appreciated.
VIOLIN maestro Pt. Prabhakar Dhakde is master in all aspects of music as vocalist, composer, music director and soloist in Harmonium and Violin. In the recording studio his sure touch has earned him a special place as a composer, arranger and recording artist.
Born in a small village Armori (now in Gadchiroli district) and brought up in Nagpur, he was introduced to music by his father, noted musician Shri Balajipant Dhakde. Later Pt Prabhakar Dhakde was introduced to Violin by Shri. K.B.Thombre, the then Principal of Blind School Nagpur.
After ‘Visharad’ in Classical Vocal, Violin and Tabla, he became a disciple of internationally renowned vocalist Pt. Jagdish Prasad of Patiyala Gharana.
He composed the music for a number of basic titles released by renowned gramophone and cassettes companies in India but he is a regular performer at Nagpur Aakashwani as an A plus grade artiste.
He is director of Bhaskar Sangeet Academy since 1973, so also inherited the directorship of Swar Vilas Shikshan Sanstha (founded by his father in the year 1966) since year 1973.
Popularly known as ‘Surmani’ (the title conferred upon him by prestigious Sur Singar Academy) Pt. Prabhakar Dhakde was awarded Grade-1 in the year 2007, Music Grade-A in the year 2014 and TOP Grade recently in June 2015 by Prasar Bharati. He was honored by Nagpur Municipal Corporation in the year 2010 – 2011 during ‘Nagpur Mahotsav’ for his contribution in classical and light music.
He has been nominated as Member of Local Audition Committee of All India Radio Nagpur recently in July 2015

By virtue of sponsorship of the tours by Sahaj Yoga Concert he performed in the consecutive years 1994/95/96/97/98/2001 in many of the above mentioned countries.
Defying all the rules of adversities Pt Prabhakar Dhakde stood tall amongst his physically able counterparts to become an iconic personality and mentor for many disciples of music who are now seen as stars in the field of music. His hundreds of students include many from foreign countries also.

Sandesh Popatkar is one of the leading Tabla players of India. Born in Nagpur, Maharashtra State, India in July 1967. Though he belongs to Delhi and Farukabad Gharana {Style}, he is at east while playing in all Gharanas of Tabla. He was given primary lessons in Tabla playing in his early childhood, by his Father, Late Pt. Shankarrao Popatkar renowned Tabla Artist of India and has played in National programs of Music of All India Radio (A.I.R) and Doordarshan {T.V.} and Tansen Sangeet Samaroh, Gwalior. He was Staff Artist at A.I.R. Nagpur. After imparting regular training and able guidance for about 15 years, Sandesh Father took him for further training to Pt. Gopalrao Wadegaonkar, a renowned Tabla Maestro who is disciple of Ustad Amir Hussain, Legend of Delhi and Farukabad Gharana. Under his tutelage Sandesh Popatkar has reach to the standard of high proficiency in Tabla playing and now Sandesh Popatkar holds a distinguished rank amongst the leading Tabla players of India. He is well known as accompanist as well as Soloist. He is at presently attached to AIR Nagpur, since 1987.He is only A Grade Tabla Artist in entire vidarbha region. He has his own specialty in accompaniment with good knowledge of music in him he renders accompaniment with the correct sense of understanding of the Artist, He can be relied upon to push the artists on to the heights of climax during ‘Gat’ and later rhythmic part of the improvisation when Tabla Player also has plenty of opportunity to improvise upon the rhythmic style {‘Tal’} selected. He is a crafty and brilliant percussion instrumentalist having a very promising future. His Uncle Late Pt Manikrao Popatkar was an internationally famed Tabla Player Artist; his brother Prashant Popatkar is Internationally Known Indian Classical Guitar Artist. By grace
of god, he has his life-partner, Mrs. Hemlata Popatkar is upcoming Vocalist and son Labhesh {Sum}, also are gifted in music.
